Essay Edition

Today, my focus is on energy practice. We have talked about energy before: the chakra system, the aura—particularly the astral aspect of the subtle bioelectromagnetic body. This is a very powerful way to gain control over your mind, your feelings, your clarity, and your love. In a sense, this is the big secret. Many people are not aware of this possibility—that you can shift your state of mind through astral energy practice.
We have discussed these ideas as theory, talked about the different chakras and centers—the shashumana and the nadi. But today, I want to approach it as a practice. If you want to increase your power, deepen your lucidity, and transmute your state of mind into something perhaps more vibrant than it has been since you were a child—to really become someone different, the same person but with a different energetic flow and structure—then energy practice is the way. In other words, it is energy work. That is a term I have used for many years, but I think "practice" is a more accurate word. I would prefer to use that. It is a practice.
Once you experience energy—the effects of energy and your practice in energy—you will likely want to do it every day, because it is a very powerful thing. It is similar to someone who does not eat healthily, and then starts eating well and feels so much better. And then they simply continue. There are many things in life like that, but energy is a way—especially for the mind, I think.
There is a really profound realization here. Consider this: the mind is an energy flow. Usually, we think the mind is only in the brain, but there is an entire energy flow. The energy flows in the brain, but how do you feel everywhere? There is a feeling—the aura feels a certain way. When you cultivate your energy, when you transmute your energy, you enter a different state. Some days it feels magical, and some days you feel heavy and dull. What is the difference? Energy. Energy flow is the difference—or one of the differences. You might say, well, that day was difficult because of certain issues. Well, those issues may have shifted your flow.
We have a subtle, physical, bioelectromagnetic system that is a part of our consciousness. It is what creates our consciousness. In Chinese medicine, this is well understood. They say the liver—if you have liver qi stagnation, it causes anger. If the spleen is overly active, it leads to excessive thinking. Your stomach is associated with one thing, your large intestine with another, and you can actually feel the qi moving through these different organs.
So it is not just the chakras; it is the whole system. You have to be very intuitive about this. You will become aware—oh, this does not feel right, I need to care for my energy. I need to attend to it. Most people do not attend to their energy. They think, oh, that is just an itch there, or it feels odd there. But you can do something about it.
If you have a formal practice where you sit down for 15 minutes, or an hour, or two hours a day, and you actually work on it—it is like stretching every day. You have to keep up with it, and you progress further. When you first start stretching, you might be somewhat tight, but if you do it regularly, your baseline—your tight version of yourself—is not as tight compared to how you might have been previously. Then you stretch, you become very limber, and you enjoy that for the rest of the day. You stretch again, and you become progressively more flexible.
Stretching is important, but energy work—this is a profound thing. I am not sure how much of society recognizes that you can change how you feel by meditating on your heart chakra, or feeling your chakra here on this part of the head, or this part, or in the middle of the head. There are so many of them.
Once you experience the effects of energy practice, you will likely want to do it every day. It is a very powerful thing. There is a profound realization here: the mind is an energy flow. Usually, we think the mind is only in the brain, but there is an entire energy flow. The aura feels a certain way. When you cultivate your energy, when you transmute your energy, you enter a different state. Some days it feels magical, and some days you feel heavy and dull. What is the difference? Energy.
We have a subtle, physical, bioelectromagnetic system that is a part of our consciousness. It is what creates our consciousness. In Chinese medicine, this is well understood. The organs have a physical job, but they also have an energetic role. If you become very sensitive, you will notice that your kidneys, for example, or your adrenals, will become tight or sore if you are experiencing fear.
For me, it is remarkable that if I have a certain thought, I will start limping. Then, three minutes later, I will clear it, and I will not be limping anymore. It is striking. That connects to my organs, because these organs have channels that go throughout the legs, the hands, and the head. They move throughout the body, so there is a whole channel for the kidney. There are different points in the ears that connect to the stomach and other organs. In traditional Chinese medicine, each of these is associated with a certain dimension. Think of them as a dimension of emotion. The emotions are in your body. This, I think, is truly profound.
For any of you who truly receive this—receive this and reflect on it. This could change your life. To realize that you can feel fear, or anxiety, or anger, and actually move it out and change yourself. So many people are deeply identified with those feelings. They think, "Oh, I am angry, I am supposed to be angry, and my whole style is an angry style," right? Their car is angry, and everything around them is angry. But we know that we can try on different personalities. We can shift ourselves. That is what this practice is about. We transmute our consciousness until we become enlightened.
That is such an enormous transformation for most people, moving from the societal norm to becoming an enlightened being. In Chinese medicine, if you have ever had acupuncture, the needles really help to clear the energy in the organs and purify it. I highly recommend acupuncture. I have been receiving acupuncture for 12 years from two extremely talented acupuncturists. I truly recommend acupuncture for changing your life. It is also about health.
When it comes to what you do, I am always encouraging you to be present, to make time for this hour. This is a very leveraged practice. It could improve your sessions, bring you more sessions, all kinds of benefits, because when you do the energy work, you have more clarity. Who you are changes, so your decisions are different. Your presence is different.
The organs are part of it. There are vortices—think of them as little centers. All the chakras are vortices. They have specific locations, but the chakras are also connected. If you want to think about it mathematically, it is like the vertices and edges of a polyhedron. They are interconnected. There is a large tube running down through the center, in front, and another tube in the back. From the side, it forms a loop. You actually loop down, back, around, up, through the head, and complete this loop. There are many points along that loop, and it is good to attend to them.
Shashumana is not exactly along the spine; it is in the front. It goes through the chakras, and there is a back part as well. It feels almost like the spine, perhaps just in front of it. It is basically in the back, goes down to the tailbone, wraps around, and then comes up through the lower abdomen—that is the Shoshimuna in front. It goes through the neck, but there is also a spot in the back of the neck. These connect—there is a kind of arcing between the shushumina and the spine. You can connect and move through it as well. There are many aspects to this. You get to know your own body. Much of what I know comes from my own exploration of my energy field, and that is really the best approach.
There is qi. We have the energetic vortices, which are the seven chakras or the three dantian, but there are also many smaller ones that I highly recommend exploring—secondary points—and then there are hundreds of others as well. For example, there are points where you would receive acupuncture needles—all over your foot, all over your ear, in many different places.
Qi and Kundalini are terms that refer to similar concepts from different paradigms. One is Taoist, and one is Indian—yogic. Each describes different qualities. There are various qualities of qi. Some even describe light as a kind of qi—the deepest form, in a sense. All of this is enhanced when you move into light, but if you cannot access light directly, this helps you get there. Sometimes the chakras are referred to as doorways into the causal planes.
There are many types of qi. There is a qi called Amriti, which means nectar. It literally feels like a very thick molasses that you draw down your spine. Sometimes it becomes stuck, and you notice, "Okay, it is stuck there, I cannot move it." Then you gently shift it, and it moves, and you feel so much better. This awakens power, clarity, love—all kinds of qualities.
Many people need significant work on their energy body, and it is very important to keep up with it. Just as your body or mind can degrade if neglected, so can your subtle, luminous body. It is very important. This is the difference between looking at someone and thinking, "That person feels heavy," and another person who is bouncy or bright. There is a different energy flow.
Sometimes they say a child has a perfect subtle physical body. My Param guru used to say that. Some children, when you look at them, have a perfect, subtle physical body—everything is flowing, just wonderful, beautiful. But then, perhaps someone in middle school is unkind to them, and something becomes a little stagnated. Or a girlfriend does something, and something else stagnates. Then they continue carrying these impressions from the past.
But you can be 80, or 40, or any age—even 90—and still clear and renew yourself. It is just so important. On a tough day, when you are not sure what else to do, just start practicing.
There is probably a specific name for the spinal tube. They are all called nadi. Nadi are astral tubes. The Sephiroth are also related to this. In the Jewish paradigm, there are actually a number of chakras, and you can meditate on these as well. They overlap, but they are a little different in the Jewish tradition. So there is the Chinese paradigm, the yogic paradigm, and the Jewish paradigm. I believe even Christianity discusses this. Well, I know it does. So Christianity has them too. Really, they are all describing the subtle biological body.
Nadi is an Ayurvedic term. Yoga and Ayurveda—both Indian energy practices. In a way, this is an aspect of kundalini yoga. And Raja Yoga, and Kriya Yoga—they are energy work, energy practices.
Guided Energy Practice
The first thing to do is simply feel your whole body. Soften your entire energy. Let us start with this. Feel the heart center, right in the center of the chest. Just a gentle feeling. We soften our field. We are preparing ourselves for the energy practice. Invoke gentleness, which is the antithesis of resistance. It opens the energy to flow. Take a deep breath.
First, let us start with the third eye. We are going to do 10 pulses. This is just one approach to it. It is a little more structured than it needs to be, but perhaps that is helpful. Ten gentle pulses on the third eye. I will begin with the frequency, and you can complete all 10 on your own. As you do this, you are searching for answers along your way. What you are doing is flexing your third eye. On the 10th pulse—hold it for a moment. Then release, let go. Just feel the momentum from those pulses. Simply enjoy it, and notice the residual effects.
Let us move to the chakra right on top of the head. The very top and the middle. I am going to try to pulse there. You can simply focus there—see if you can feel it. That is one thing you can do. Just give it your attention with pulses of intensity. And if you can flex it, magnify it—even better. Do ten. On the last one—release. Just enjoy it. Feel the momentum.
Next, a little bit behind the top of the head. Literally an inch or an inch and a half back, on the area of the baby's soft spot. There is a point, and you will feel it—a tender spot. This is a secondary point, about an inch or inch and a half back. You will recognize it as a significant point. Try to sense that there is a vortex there. It has its own location. Do your ten pulses. Hold the last one. Just take note of the third eye.
In the back of the head, right below the bump of the skull back there, is usually called the Shiva Grande. There is a spot right in the middle of the brain. You can feel it is between the third eye and the spot we just did. Try to find the point. It is right in front of the brain, underneath the crown chakra. In fact, you can sense that the spot connects to the third eye, crown, and the Shiva Grande. That is different. We will see.
Now, let us go to the back of the neck. Find a point that feels significant on the back of the neck. There are a couple—perhaps right in the middle. I am feeling two different ones right now, but let us just focus on one. Do your pulses. Hold. Release.
Here is a bit of a new technique. Try to pull the energy down from the back of the head, almost like a little waterfall. Nectar, or perhaps it is more etheric—just light moving down. Try to get the spot in the spine to move. Move it down to the back of the heart. So just take a few gentle pulls. Maybe 10 pulses. The energy is going to move from the back of the head, all the way down through the back of the neck to the back of the heart. It might be a slow movement. If you find it gets stuck in one spot, simply give that area a bit more attention. There should be a sense of connection between the back of the head and the back of the heart.
Focus on the back of the heart. This is the area where a warm, loving back rub from a friend feels especially good. If you need a little love, that is the spot to notice. Ten pulses, right at the bottom.
The ribs—focus directly behind them. Behind that, there is another spotlight: the solar plexus. It is right at that spot. First, we want to push the energy from the spot we just worked with. Push it down into that part of the spine, connecting with the Amriti. It should feel like honey or nectar—thick, like molasses. You might also be connecting with something more etheric, just the light. That is fine as well. Keep pulsing it downward. Listen for any stagnation, energetically. Stay with this one for a minute or so. It is very powerful. We are doing a bit of advanced technique here, but I think it is appropriate. Try to feel an inch or two behind the back. The energy exists in the body, but also outside of it. We want to take that energy behind the heart and allow it not to be so confined to the physical body. That is fine. Reach back a bit. You can reach back a foot or two, even, opening up the aura in the reverse direction. Do 10 pulses on the back of the solar plexus point. Hold it. Release.
Now, again, push the energy from the back of the solar plexus all the way down to the small of the back, the lower back area. Focus on the lower lumbar area—not the tailbone, but that sensitive region. Pulse the energy there. In my experience, it is actually one of the most pleasant areas. It is quite a significant movement for the MB team, moving from the mid-back to the lower back. Do the pulsing on the lower back now. Behind the heart is called the Vishnu Granthi; this area is called the Brahma group. Hold. Release. Nice.
Now, go all the way down to the tailbone. Ten pulses. Actually, do not pulse this area. I am sensing that is not what is needed. Just feel it for a moment, and make sure to let the energy drop down from the granthi into the tailbone. Ensure there is connection in the channel. Focusing right in the middle, underneath your pelvis, do 10 pulses. Hold. Release.
Move through the channel, from the perineum—which is where we are right now—up to the base of the genitals. Make sure there is a connection. Pulsing on the second chakra, at the base of the genitals. Notice the connection between this spot and the lower back. There is a connection moving through the body. Find that connection. Move it. Stay active.
The next chakra: move up from the second chakra to about an inch or so below the belly button—the lower abdominals. This is the third chakra, Manipura, associated with willpower. Begin pulsing. The belly button—right on the belly button. You do not have to pulse these. Move up about two inches to that spot in the mid-abdomen, where you could get the wind knocked out of you if you were hit there too hard. There is a sensitive spot there. Feel the spot. A lot of stress can be stored here.
Move up to a spot about one or two inches below the ribs. Similar spot. Fill the spot. Clear the spot. Move up to the spot right below the ribs. This is called the heart chakra—H-A-R-T. With these, you kind of push the energy out, forward. It comes out of the body. Try to feel it in that way.
Move up to the heart chakra. There are multiple spots in the heart chakra you can meditate on. Do the one on the... Pulse. Hold. Focus into the light. The doors are open. Please hold. Just focus into the light. The whole episode. See the gold. Feel all the same. Interests. Pleasant. Chakra. The heart.
Staying centered in the light, in the heart. Move the energy up the throat, through the back of the... Through the roof of the mouth. Out the nose. Into the two front teeth. Take a moment and feel the third eye. Crown, the Bindu. The Shiva Granthi, at the back of the neck. The Vishnu Granthi, at the back of the solar plexus. All the way around, Ramagranthi. Tailbone, pranam. Second chakra. Navel, all of them.
Glow like a statue made of gold. Just center in your heart. Come out of the meditation when you are ready.
Reflections on Practice
I find it interesting that sometimes, when you go through all these different spots, it is as if you mix all the colors together and see white. There is an alignment with whatever the practice is. Sometimes, when working on the chakras, the lower ones are felt inside, and the heart chakra is felt outside. The heart one really goes forward, but the navel can do it too. They can all go forward, but the heart—maybe your heart is extra powerful. Eventually, you want to open them like that. That is what I was feeling happening with me, so I thought, oh, and then these ones start to come forward to the solar plexus. They are clearing, though. That is what they are doing, like a valve clearing the energy.
Sometimes, during the practice, you may find yourself in a state of total absorption, or extreme absorption. If you go into Nirvana, that is very wonderful. Then you do not have to do the energy work if you are going all the way, if you really are, which would be fantastic.
This practice can be extended, and you can explore it in different ways. Sometimes I like the energy to rise. Sometimes I go down on both sides, and sometimes I go up on both sides, so it really depends. I often like to clear—it feels like you have to go down, for me. Explore that, get to know your energy body, and refine it. It changes over the years. You might find that you change, and now you need something else.
This is a great thing to practice, and I am being extremely intuitive, so this is what feels right to me, going in this direction. Do what feels right for you, explore it. Namaste.

Opening and Session Focus on Energy Practice
Adam Welcome, everybody.
Let us wait another minute to see if anyone else arrives.
Right. Namaste, and welcome, everyone.
Andrea, would you like to join us on camera?
So… how are you all?
Hi, Mom. Hi, Ariella. Hi, Jacob. Hi, Andrea. And my dad.
We are missing a couple of people, but that is okay. Perhaps they will still arrive.
Today, the focus—the sermon and the meditation—is on energy practice.
We have talked about energy before: the chakra system, the aura—particularly the astral aspect of the subtle bioelectromagnetic body.
This is a very powerful way to gain control over your mind, your feelings, your clarity, and your love. And this is, in a sense, the big secret.
I think many people are not aware of this possibility—that you can shift your state of mind through astral energy practice.
We have discussed these ideas as theory, talked about the different chakras and centers—the shashumana and the nadi. But today, we want to approach it as a practice.

Right, so… Dad, that is a good one for you. I recommend stretching as well. Stretching is important, but energy work—this is a profound thing.
I am not sure how much of society recognizes that you can change how you feel by meditating on your heart chakra, or feeling your chakra here on this part of the head, or this part, or in the middle of the head. There are so many of them.
Today, we are going to have an extra-long meditation, and we will do it. We are going to have an extended energy practice today, and I am going to guide all of you through a sequence.
So… any questions? I would love it if you would ask some questions or make some comments about this. We can have a little discussion before we get started.
Energetic Anatomy and Cross Traditions Discussion
Jacob Adam, you were talking about the way that you feel, based on the actual…
Jacob The organ functions in your body, like the spleen.
Jacob Could you repeat that again?
Adam Yes, so… the organs have a physical job, but they also have an energetic role.
There are different points in the ears that connect to the stomach and other organs. In traditional Chinese medicine, each of these is associated with a certain dimension.
Think of them as a dimension of emotion. Oh, David is here—nice. They are associated with a dimension of emotion. The emotions are in your body. This, I think, is truly profound.
For any of you here who truly receive this—namaste, David—receive this and reflect on it. This could change your life. To realize that you can feel fear, or anxiety, or anger, and actually move it out and change yourself.
So many people are deeply identified with those feelings. They think, "Oh, I am angry, I am supposed to be angry, and my whole style is an angry style," right? I have been receiving acupuncture for 12 years from two extremely talented acupuncturists. I truly recommend acupuncture for changing your life. It is also about health.
Does that answer your question, Jacob? Or do you have any comments? Any thoughts?
Jacob I am still digesting, but thank you. I loved every single bit of it.
Wonderful, wonderful.
When it comes to what you do, I am always encouraging you to be present, to make time for this hour. This is a very leveraged practice. It could improve your sessions, bring you more sessions, all kinds of benefits, because when you do the energy work, you have more clarity. Who you are changes, so your decisions are different. Yes? Hi, Mom.
Colleen Hi. I was going to say to Jacob, I just looked up energy systems—traditional energy systems in the body—and if you read about it, it is exactly what Adam is telling you. There is a lot to explore.
Jacob Thank you.
Yes, you can actually pursue a whole degree in this field.
Yes, so the organs are part of it. Let us go through this. There are vortices—think of them as little centers. All the chakras are vortices. They have specific locations, but the chakras are also connected.

Colleen So when you talk about the… how do you say it? Shush?
Adam Tsushumana.
Colleen That is the central channel running along your spine through which spiritual energy is believed to flow upward.
Are you reading that? I would say that Shashumana is not exactly along the spine; it is in the front. It goes through the chakras, and there is a back part as well. I am not even sure what that is called. It feels almost like the spine, perhaps just in front of it. Colleen That is the qi, the energy that is flowing through, right?
Yes. Thank you for that. There is qi. We have the energetic vortices, which are the seven chakras or the three dantian, but there are also many smaller ones that I highly recommend exploring—secondary points—and then there are hundreds of others as well.
And, for example, there are points here—such as where you would receive acupuncture needles.
All over your foot, all over your ear, in many different places.

Jacob Thank you, Adam.
Jacob Ireland.
Thanks, Colleen, Mom.
Yes, I am not sure—there is probably a specific name for the spinal tube. They are all called nadi. Nadi are astral tubes.
Alright, so we are going to go through it. Wonderful. Andrea, what do you think?
Oh, she is in a kind of meditation. Sorry, you do not have to stop.
Ariella, what do you think?
AriellaShira Lewis I think I am learning a lot. It makes a lot of sense to me.
So, the Sephiroth—if I am pronouncing it correctly—are also related to this. I know you are interested in the Jewish paradigm.
Colleen Did you say the naughty system?
NADI.
Colleen What is it?
NADI.
Colleen Yes, how do you say that?
Nadi.
Colleen Nutty.
Nadi.
Colleen It is Ayurvedic.
Yes, it is related to that. Yoga and Ayurveda—both Indian energy practices. I mean, yoga includes the four paths of yoga, but…
In a way, this is an aspect of kundalini yoga. And Raja Yoga, and Kriya Yoga—I think… should I say Kriya? I am not sure, maybe it is Kriya. They are energy work, energy practices.
So… alright.
Dumm.
Did that answer your question, Lon? I love that you are reading up on it.
Alright, let us pick some good music for this.
Alright, we are getting started a little earlier, so we will do a half hour.
Guided Energy Meditation Sequence

As you do this, you are searching for answers along your way. What you are doing is flexing your third eye.
Apologies for all of the signs. And on the 10th pulse—hold it for a moment.
One. Two. Three. Do ten. On the last one—release. Just enjoy it. Feel the momentum.
Okay, next. A little bit behind the top of the head.
Alright, let us do our ten.
Hold the last one. Just take note of the third eye.
It is called—well, that is what I usually call it. In the back of the head, right below the bump of the skull back there. It is usually called the Shiva Grande.
Ready? There is a spot right in the middle of the brain. You can feel it is between the third eye and the spot we just did.
Try to find the point. It is right in front of the brain, underneath the crown chakra. In fact, you can sense that the spot connects to the third eye, crown, and the Shiva Grande. That is different. We will see.
One. Keep going.
Okay, so let us go to the back of the neck.
Find a point that feels significant on the back of the neck. There are a couple—perhaps right in the middle. I am feeling two different ones right now, but let us just focus on one.
One. Two. Great. Hold.
Okay, so here is a new—oh, and release.
In fact, let us do that.
The energy is going to move from the back of the head, all the way down through the back of the neck to the back of the heart. It might be a slow movement. If you find it gets stuck in one spot, simply give that area a bit more attention.
There should be a sense of connection between the back of the head and the back of the heart.
Let us focus on the back of the heart. This is the area where a warm, loving back rub from a friend feels especially good. If you need a little love, that is the spot to notice.
10 pulses. Ready, go. Right at the bottom.
The ribs—let us focus directly behind them. Behind that, there is another spotlight: the solar plexus. It is right at that spot. I would say it is perhaps better, about three inches of turn. Just there.
First, we want to push the energy from the spot we just worked with. Push it down into that part of the spine, connecting with the Amriti. It should feel like honey or nectar—thick, like molasses.
You might also be connecting with something more etheric, just the light. That is fine as well.
I would like to move some of the MRT myself. Keep pulsing it downward.
Two. Listen for any stagnation, energetically.
I will stay with this one for a minute or so. It is very powerful. We are doing a bit of advanced technique here, but I think it is appropriate.
Try to feel an inch or two behind the back. The energy exists in the body, but also outside of it. We want to take that energy behind the heart and allow it not to be so confined to the physical body. That is fine.
Let us reach back a bit. You can reach back a foot or two, even, opening up the aura in the reverse direction.
Okay, wonderful. Let us do 10 pulses on the back of the solar plexus point. Two, three—keep going. Okay, hold it. Release.
Okay, now let us, again, push the energy from the back of the solar plexus all the way down to the small of the back, the lower back area. Focus on the lower lumbar area—not the tailbone, but that sensitive region.
So, pulse the energy there. In my experience, it is actually one of the most pleasant areas. It is quite a significant movement for the MB team, moving from the mid-back to the lower back.
Alright, let us do the pulsing on the lower back now. Behind the heart is called the Vishnu Granthi; this area is called the Brahma group.
One, two, three—keep going. And hold. Release. Nice.
Okay, now we are getting back to—
No, actually, let us do the tailbone. So go all the way down to the tailbone. Ten pulses.
Actually, you know what? Do not pulse this area. I am sensing that is not what is needed. Just feel it for a moment, and make sure to let the energy drop down from the granthi into the tailbone. Ensure there is connection in the channel.
...to the chakras. Now we are focusing right in the middle, underneath your pelvis. Do 10 pulses. Two. Good. Hold. Release.
Now we move through the channel, from the perineum—which is where we are right now—up to the base of the genitals. Make sure there is a connection. And then...
It can be... Again, pulsing on the second chakra, at the base of the genitals. Two.
Here is an interesting thing to do. Notice the connection between this spot and the lower back. There is a connection moving through the body. Find that connection. Move it. Stay active. Alright.
Okay, the next chakra. Move up from the second chakra to about an inch or so below the belly button—the lower abdominals. This is the third chakra, Manipura, associated with willpower. Begin pulsing. Keep going. Two. Three.
This... The belly button? Right on the belly button. Three. You do not have to pulse these. Just... Wonderful.
And we move up about two inches to that spot in the mid-abdomen, where you could get the wind knocked out of you if you were hit there too hard. There is a sensitive spot there. So feel that spot.
We are not going to do the pulsing this time, just to save time. Feel the spot. A lot of stress can be stored here.
Move up to a spot about one or two inches below the ribs. Similar spot. Fill the spot. Clear the spot.
Okay, I move up to the spot right below the ribs. This is called the heart chakra—H-A-R-T. Interestingly, with these, you kind of push the energy out, forward. It comes out of the body. Try to feel it in that way.
Okay, let us move up. I will just go another five seconds. I will move up to the heart chakra. Now, there are multiple spots in the heart chakra you can meditate on. Let us do the one on the... Pulse. Two. Hold.
Focus into the light. The doors are open. Please hold. Just focus into the light. The whole episode. See the gold. Feel all the same. Interests. Pleasant. Chakra. The heart.
Obviously, at the bottom of the heart.
Ugh... Alright. Colleen, how was that for you?
Participant Reflections and Closing Remarks
Colleen It was very nice. It was different, because normally, when I start, I see red. Today, I saw a lot of green—green, green, green—for about five minutes. I was trying to concentrate on what I was seeing, and then here it got reddish... reddish orange, and then in the back it got very purple, very purple.
And then I had a mixture of colors all together, but at one point, it looked as if I was looking at a white painted wall.
Adam Hmm.
Colleen So it was a little different. Then I reached a relaxed state with the music, and that is when I cannot always hear what you are saying. I just dream, whatever happens to me. So it was nice and relaxing, thank you.
Wonderful, you are welcome. I think it is interesting that you saw white, because…
Colleen Just for a short time, but it was—
Well, it is interesting, because you went through all these different spots, so it is as if you mixed all the colors together and saw white. It is really interesting. You are always quite aligned with whatever the practice is. This is good.
Colleen Very nice, thank you.
Namaste, yes.
Colleen The Mr. Aunt.
Yes.
Andrea, would you like to share?
Andrea P It is funny that—can you hear me well? I am in a Starbucks, so…
Adam Okay.
Andrea P But it is funny that we did this practice just now, because I have been so tense that I cannot breathe. So this, like, open… for me, is just perfect.
Good, good, good. Yes.
Maybe there is something in the stars, because I have been feeling some tenseness myself. That is why I thought, okay, take control of the situation, do it with this. Maybe do some solar plexus meditation; that can really help.
Andrea P Yes, and also I was thinking that always, when I work on my chakras, the lower ones are, like, inside, and when I work on the heart chakra, I always feel it outside. So, it was funny that you mentioned that.
Yes, the heart one really goes like this, but the navel can do it too. I mean, they can all go forward, but the heart—maybe your heart is extra powerful. Eventually, you want to open them like that.
That is what I was feeling happening with me, so I thought, oh, and then these ones start to come forward to the solar plexus. They are clearing, though. That is what they are doing, like a valve clearing the energy.
Thank you, Andrea. Namaste. Good job, Andrea, wonderful.
And, Ariella, would you like to just briefly share, and then we will finish?
AriellaShira Lewis I know you do not like me to use the word "spaced out," but I do not know where I was.
Adam Okay.
AriellaShira Lewis But I came to, and we were down at the solar plexus. So did you start—where did you start?
Started on the third eye.
AriellaShira Lewis So I was not conscious.
Okay, that is fine.
AriellaShira Lewis That is taught.
So, she missed all of these back to navel center. That is funny. Well, we know how long you were spaced out. That is funny.
AriellaShira Lewis It was quite a long time.
That was the majority of it.
AriellaShira Lewis Goodness. But I enjoyed the part that I was conscious of.
Wonderful.
AriellaShira Lewis I enjoyed that. The other part must have been very relaxing for me.
Well, yes, if you went into Nirvana, that is very wonderful. I mean, then you do not have to do the energy work if you are going all the way, if you really are, which would be fantastic. Or some form of total absorption, or extreme absorption. So, well, wonderful. Good job, Ariella. Thank you. Namaste.
AriellaShira Lewis That is true.
And David, I am assuming you do not want to share, otherwise you can if you want.
David P Yes, I think that—do you hear me well? Say hi.
Adam Yes, perfectly.
David P Just a second. I think that this should be your next meditation to upload in Circle.
It is so funny, because about five minutes in, I had that thought, and I definitely thought of you at the same time, because, yes, we do not have one like this on Circle, right? I can actually extend it, probably…
Well, we could do a short one, I do not know. As you can see, that took 40 minutes.
David P My Friday meditation, morning meditation, is going up from the root chakra out to all seven chakras. Nice.
And you do that?
David P Yes.
Friday?
David P Yes, every Friday.
Fantastic, I love the consistency, that is great.
This is the first time that I go—yes, indeed—back around the back. Yes. So it was new. I liked it, and I could feel… you know, I could drive my consciousness down, and I did feel it a bit more dense.
So there is a lot in the spine.
Yes, it is a great thing to practice, and I am being extremely intuitive, so this is what feels right to me, going in this direction. Do what feels right for you, explore it.
Sometimes they say to do it the—I mean…
David P Another one, right?
Yes, I mean, I like the energy to rise. Sometimes I go down on both sides, and sometimes I go up on both sides, so it really depends. I often like to clear—it feels like you have to go down, for me. So, I want…
David P I liked it anyway, you know. It makes sense for me to go back and then pop.
Yes, yes, right? So explore that, get to know your energy body, and refine it. It changes over the years, so…
You might be like—
David P Thank you.
Now I changed, now I need something else. So, you are welcome. Namaste. Well, thank you, everybody. Nice to see you. Good job today. I will see you soon.
David P Thank you.
David P Bye.
David P Bye bye.
