I am all in on enlightenment. That is how I want to begin. I am all in on enlightenment. There is something about going all in, even being a little bit of an extremist, but in the most beautiful way. Enlightenment is the ultimate discovery in life. As with any discovery, it involves the apprehension of something new, something profound, something complete. But apprehension is limited by our faculties and their capacity to apprehend—the ability to perceive, and the depth of one's capacity to experience.
When I try to read about enlightenment, I find that I am not connecting with the feeling, but this whole subject comes from a feeling. So I want to speak from that feeling. Enlightenment is a discovery of the universe, and perhaps that is a unique way to talk about it. That is how I experience it. It is the apex, the acme of discovery. You are discovering ultimate truth. Sometimes it is fun to look under a microscope, or to discover the grand unification theory of physics, or to discover a mathematical equation, or discover love. Enlightenment is the highest of all discoveries.
It is a state of mind where the discovery itself is more than an intellectual epiphany. It is a deep apprehension of reality in a way that is very central to the human condition. Rather than standing before something new, it is a shift in perspective, a shift in faculty, where you discover that the thing you were looking for was right there all along. It is like a fish discovering water. But the fish has to learn how to see.
Enlightenment includes a transformation of consciousness, where you see something really profound about what is right here. There are different gradations of enlightenment. Sometimes you have a glimpse of it accidentally—what in Japanese is called Kensho. Sometimes you have an experience of it by your own volition. Every time you sit down, you go into ultimate truth, and then you come back out. You can willfully do that each time. That is a higher level of enlightenment—perhaps you might call that liberation, because you are liberated from the sense of separativity.
In Japanese, that is called Satori. Then there is an even higher level, where you no longer go in and out of it anymore—you just always are in that state. Sometimes they call it the natural state. You have gone in and out so many times, they have merged into one thing. You no longer have to volitionally try to hold the state of mind; it is just a part of you. You can be eating breakfast, teaching a class, and you are in an enlightened state.
I am not in that state. I want to be in that state. There is a very, very small number of people in the whole world in that state. I have heard people say that there are only about twelve people in the whole world at any given time who are in that state. There are two thousand billionaires in the world, but only twelve enlightened beings. It is like being at the trillionaire level. Billionaire is easy compared to enlightenment. Enlightenment is the hardest thing in the universe to do.
It is also the most rewarding, because what you are doing is overcoming the strife of the human condition. The human condition is that we are separate, we are isolated, we are transient. In enlightenment, you become unified. You become eternal. There is a shift—you realize the ultimate truth, which is that you are actually eternal, that you are actually one with all. That is why Jesus had so much compassion, because he was in that state. I am not sure if he was liberated or enlightened, but enlightenment is the level of always, right? If you go in and out of it, when you come out, you are still really elevated. You are not suddenly unpleasant. You remain in a good state of mind even when you come out of the state, if you are a Satori-realized individual.
In Japanese, the word for the next one is daigo. In yoga, these are named based on the different levels of samadhi: Salva Kapa Samadhi as the first one, Nerva Kapa, and Sahaja Nerva Kapa Samadhi as the third one. There are different ways to talk about it. Sometimes it is called a Jiva mukti, which is a realized incarnate being, or someone who has experienced moksha, which is liberation. These are Sanskrit words. So there is language for this. English speakers just say enlightenment or liberation, which is a reflection of the depth of consciousness of the society and the language. Language always reflects the consciousness of a society.
All religions, essentially, are founded upon an interest in enlightenment. A lot of times they veer from that initial intention and become all kinds of other things: organized belief, political doctrines. There is so much they have become, but originally, the teachers who gave rise to these religions were seeing this truth and wanted to share it. It is like, "I found something beautiful that is true in the universe through myself, and you can too." Out of my own goodwill, I want to help someone who is stuck and dreaming an illusion. You are dreaming, you are enclosed in an illusion, and they want to help us wake up.
That is what these great, enlightened beings originally said. If you read the original words of the prophets in each religion, I think you will find they are essentially talking about that. They may be misinterpreted by all kinds of non-enlightened people after the fact, so it is always good to read the words of an enlightened being.
Enlightenment comes from meditation. It also comes from mindfulness. In meditation, we go into the light and dissolve. We use this light. Now, what is the light? The light is to us as gold is to the gold statue—it is our essence, what we are made of. We are dreamers, cosmic dreamers. Space, time, matter, energy, mathematics—all exist within us. But who is dreaming the dream, and what are they made of? Ontologically, what is the substance of the dreamer? It is light.
When we melt ourselves into that primordial substrate, known as light or shakti, we dissolve the impurities in our being and return to the perfect essence from which we came. In meditation, that is real, powerful meditation. There are different ways to do it. Sometimes you will read an enlightened being talking about meditation, and they will say, "Just ask who you are. Who am I?" If you do that properly, you will find that you are made of light, and then you are beyond—even the source of the colored light or the clear light. There is this realization that happens. So you are trying to return to the non-transient, eternal self.
It comes from meditation, and it also comes from mindfulness. When we are not meditating, we need to be very mindful to stay connected with the greater level of consciousness. You cannot meditate for five minutes and then be absent-minded for the rest of the day and expect to become enlightened in your lifetime. What is required is a really big commitment. Mindfulness means you are—ideally, you are walking around in the light, always. You should feel it. You should be doing things with your full attention, and it is strengthening your attention field. You should be concerning yourself with all the many dimensions and complexities of liberating yourself.
You should not be exposing yourself to information that causes confusion in the mental field. You should be considering the implications of certain psychic exposure. There are millions of things you can consider to maintain your progress to awakening. This is why some people move into an ashram and give it their all, 24 hours a day. But really, I think it is better to do it in the world, because in the world, you are challenged. You are not insulating yourself in a way that might produce a greater state of consciousness, although it will have some artificial elements in it. The question is, can you find yourself in the world and continue to make progress or maintain that state?
A sabbatical may be a good thing to do, because you can get yourself a little more free. Once you are up, you can go back into the world empowered and maintain it. Sabbaticals are very needed a lot of times. One of my teacher's teachers said, you have to turn your back on the world for a time, and once you have renewed yourself, you can then turn back and engage with the world. A lot of times, people go through an initial period where they are a little more isolated. That happened to me. You can do it in a graceful way, or it could be a rocky journey as well. Mine was quite rocky, which was probably not necessary.
Enlightenment is not an austere practice in the sense that you are becoming bleakness and austerity in an unpleasant way. Enlightenment is about giving yourself the greatest joy. It is the greatest joy, the greatest happiness, the greatest love. It is a remedy for most psychological pathologies—a remedy for essentially everything. When you enter into this state, it is such ecstatic, overflowing contentment that—even if you had the best car, it would be better than the best car. I am just trying to think of a material example, like wanting to get a really nice car, or a really nice wife, or whatever it might be, so that you can be happy. Well, this is the ultimate happiness. You are finding the source of happiness itself.
Where people seek in vain to find happiness through things and circumstances, enlightenment brings it directly through you. But here is the paradox: that is not to say you do not have those things and circumstances. Once enlightenment begins to grow in you, your life becomes more true to the wish of your heart. When you become enlightened, you will not get the things that were superficial, but you will not want them. You will be living in alignment with your heart. If that means you have the greatest guitar because you are a guitarist and that is important for living your Dharma, then you might have that. If it means you toil in the mud with Mother Teresa, then you might have that. Whatever that means to you. For some people, if you are an entrepreneur, that might mean you are wealthy. For others, if you are a humanitarian, it might mean you are part of an NGO. It could be anything, really, but you are in alignment with your heart.
It is not austerity, but austerity helps you purge yourself of the things that are preventing it. So austerity plays a role in this, but ultimately, it is just following your heart. There was this one TV series with a man considered the Messiah, and I love what he said at one point. They did not believe him, and he said, "I go where God tells me to go, I go where God takes me." And the woman replied, "Well, that is really convenient for you to say," and he said, "No, it is not, that is a great responsibility." So, in a way, you, as an expression of God, go where God takes you. God says, do this work, and you have to do it. Or God says, be silent, be nobody, and you have to do that. There is a great responsibility when you are willing to face truth. And it is simply truth. God speaks through truth. We know. We know the truth, and it is not a big, booming voice—it is a knowing of what is correct. Righteous action.
It is a state of extreme freedom as well. It is not the freedom to have whatever you like—it is the freedom to be true to who you are. Freedom is freedom from the ideations of the self, the self-reflection that causes us to miss what is beyond the window and only see our ideas of existence. Reality comes into focus when we stop looking through the agenda of the concerns of the self and start acting from the freedom of the deep self—the true self, the knower, the bearer, the one who is free. In enlightenment, we dissolve the self. We discover the baggage of the self, all the things that we carry that obscure these fundamental truths. Some part of us recognizes that we are not free, that freedom comes from emptying the contents of the self and abiding in the actions of love, in the spontaneity of self-transcendence.
It is a state of doing what is necessary, in total freedom, on behalf of the totality, without any sort of pathological guilt. For example, "I am so guilty, I will not love myself," or, "I am so selfish, I will not give anything away." You simply become that voice of righteous love that acts correctly based on what is true. If you are a mathematician, you are not going to deliver pizza or engineer buildings, because that is what you are. Of course, you will serve in the way that is true to who you are. All of these things become very self-evident. What is the right thing to do? There is a lot of courage in it, but to do anything else would be to estrange yourself from the flow of truth.
This is related to that word, Dharma. We step into the currents of Dharma. When we live in this way, we must abide by the will of Dharma, and we are responsible to God's wishes, in that sense. It comes from meditation, it comes from mindfulness, and it also comes from contemplation. You have to get clear. You need a degree of lucidity where you truly understand life. If you are confused, it is difficult to act from a foundation of confusion. You have to know—and this is where mathematics is actually very valuable, because in mathematics, we become skilled at thinking. The whole idea is that you are extremely clear, you have a powerful field of attention, and you are deeply mindful. You can let go, dissolve into nothingness, and return to your primordial source.
Religion is the study of cosmology. It is the study of the self. It is the remedy for a psychological issue. It is the remedy for every human being. I am trying to share that this is relevant to everybody. I think some people are simply not ready for it—perhaps most people.
I am all in on enlightenment: meditate, be mindful, be kind, study the scriptures in any form that they come, go into the light, be humble, and give everything you have—not to the vanity of the superficial surface of life, but to the deepest calling, the deepest endeavor, the deepest aspect within enlightenment.
People working towards enlightenment can all look different. In enlightenment, every flower is different. Bruce Lee is a good example—he attained liberation as an actor, a famous actor and martial artist. Emerson, Shakespeare—these are people who were not shaved-head monks in ashrams. These were people in the world. There are plenty of unknown individuals who may be shaved-head monks in ashrams who also did become enlightened, but do not assume that they did. A lot of times, ashrams do not have any enlightened beings there. It is a rare thing. If you think about it, there are maybe twelve of them. Does every ashram have a powerful Shakespeare-like individual? Shakespeare was a powerful, clear individual.
Some composers, like Mozart, were apparently somewhere in that, maybe even enlightened. There are some people who are very overtly into enlightenment, who talk about enlightenment, like Sadhguru, Eckhart Tolle, Ramana Maharshi, a whole group of Indian teachers, Ananda Mayi Ma, Paramahansa Yogananda, Jesus, Buddha, the Muslim figures, some of the Jewish rabbis. Krishnamurti was apparently enlightened, or perhaps liberated. When you read his writing, you can see how he is talking about it. It is a little different from Nisargadatta Maharaj or Ramana Maharshi, who write from a slightly higher degree of certainty about it. But I love Krishnamurti; he is one of my favorites, and at a very basically enlightened level.
When I think of enlightenment, one of the books that comes to mind the most is this book by Ramana Maharshi. Just opening to a random page, you see how he speaks: "Of course, God is required for sadhana—spiritual practice—but the end of sadhana, even in Bhakti Marga, the path of devotion, is attained only after complete surrender. What does it mean, except that effacement of the ego results in self… remaining as it was. As it always has been. Whatever path one may choose, the 'I' is inescapable. The 'I' that does the Nishkama Karma—motiveless action—the 'I' that longs to join the Lord from whom it feels it has been separated, the 'I' that feels it has slipped from its real nature, and so on. The source of this 'I' must be found out, then all questions will be solved." This is just a single page from someone who devoted his life to sharing and speaking about this.
Let us turn to meditation. The energy practice is dissolution, which is very fitting. We are not meditating on the chakras; we are aiming to go beyond. What does it mean to go beyond? It means you submerge yourself into the ocean of the real and become the unknown—even to yourself. To be unknown means I am not thinking; I do not even know that I am, because I am not thinking at all. What happens when you stop thinking entirely? You do not even think that you exist. Imagine you cease to think—entirely. This dissolution—just try it. Try to dissolve. Try to be nothing, to go beyond. Dust in the wind.
It takes courage, but it also opens your heart. The heart opens. If it feels overwhelming, always return to your heart. Essentially, the heart feels small because it is resisting. When the heart accepts, it expands. And it expands asymptotically to the universe, if you become nothing.
Astrally, you have your heart, your navel center, and your third eye. All of these can support you in the dissolution process. The heart allows you to feel at home, unassailably, no matter what happens. The navel center helps you will the transformation of energy. And the third eye helps you maintain clarity. It helps you navigate. And we are the navigator—still.
Take a deep breath. Let go of resistance. I would really like to do this with all of you, which means I may become unable to guide—literally, because I am going to go beyond myself. Let us all try to go beyond. Surrender to the ambient power that you encounter—your own being. Notice all the ways you have been holding on to control. Give yourself this moment. Become irresponsible. Become absorbed in the moment. There is nothing to attend to now. Go home.
Allow the light to act for you, with its brilliance and brightness. See yourself as a child of the universe—innocent, beyond all misperceptions and temporal transformations. It is like returning to the Divine Mother, dissolving, and becoming at home—at home in the universe. Make sure to be absorbed in the light, or bring your attention to your heart center. Consider what dissolving means—allowing destruction. It is a destruction that leads to transmutation. To move from one formation to another, one must allow the previous to dissolve into the next. Let the universe make you and unmake you, unmold you, holographically. Become attuned to the enormous frequency of light.
Let the ambient power of the universe move through you. You are that power. What are you? When are you? Where does space come from? All of these questions break down the habitual, paradigmatic orientation, helping you return to the source. Feel your heart radiate from your center. Let yourself be the center.
It does not take 51% of people to shift the emotional atmosphere of humanity. If a hundred people became enlightened, or a thousand, I believe we could greatly alter the current subconsciousness. Because it is extremely potent. And we have to begin with ourselves. It is like a garden. You have to tend your own little patch. If we cannot work on our own patch, no one can do it for us, and we cannot do it for another. We can only help them, show them the door.
Sometimes, after meditation, there is a sense of having spaced out, of being gone. It is important to consider whether "spaced out" is the most appropriate description, because it usually implies that your mind is wandering, which is generally not considered a positive thing. But that is not actually what is happening. How would you know? You would return feeling renewed. You would come back with a sense that you had entered into an alternate state of consciousness, as if you were putting your cosmic clothes back on. It is almost as if you took off the garments of personality, and when you return, you re-engage with the illusion of individuality. That is what it feels like when you come out of a Kensho experience. It does not feel as if you simply were not there. It is not just that you do not know where you were—there was nobody to be anywhere. That actually sounds like Kensho. Do you feel renewed? Does it feel like an energetic purification and renewal? Usually, you feel great after that happens.
Doubting yourself might be natural, because this is not a very well understood or commonly discussed topic. It sounds like you went away. That is what I mean when I say you go away. You do not go somewhere else—you just... there is no "you." That is very much like a Kensho. There is a kind of ambient power—a power of dissolution within you. In yoga, there is a god in Hinduism named Shiva, who is called the Destroyer. It can feel as though you are being destroyed, in a sense. You can also experience this through love, where you become bliss. But the Destroyer is beneficial, because it liberates you for yourself. You have to let the Destroyer do it, or let love do it. I recommend writing about it as extensively as you can. Try to be selective with your words and consider what they are truly expressing.
"Spaced out." What does that even mean? Who came up with that term, anyway? This is why I appreciate poetry. I like to speak in various ways and use metaphors, because we are trying to describe something that is so elusive and ineffable. It is like taking off your cosmic clothing. There is this clothing that says "I," and when you take it off, there is no "I" anymore. What are you then? And it also hints at the idea that we know we are not our clothing, so are you your personality? If you can take it off, then what were you all along? It is your birthday suit, cosmically speaking. And then all that is left is, I do not even know that I exist. And yet you do, of course, because you are still here.
Sometimes, during meditation, there is nothing—no dreams, no visions, just starting and coming back. And then nothing. That can be a Kensho experience as well. After all these meditations, sometimes you really have a Kensho experience. Do you feel free? That is the aftermath. Sometimes, you give yourself permission to be nothing. It is simply a different experience. It is good to write about these things. I can go back and read my writings from the very first week I went into Light in 2011.
Sometimes, in meditation, there is a funny aspect of disappearing, and then, momentarily coming back for a second, your eyes opening, and seeing your body totally gone. There is no awareness of what is going on. It is only for a moment, and then you just go right back into it. There is a certain spiritual path or endeavor where you are increasing your level of awareness and consciousness, and then this is like you are removing it. Initially, we create the conditions from which we can let go. More energy, more light, more heart. You are all in a place where, okay, now I can dissolve. This is the difference between yang meditation and yin meditation. Dissolving to that degree is a very yin meditation. If you are so blocked up, you cannot stop thinking, you are totally dense, you are not going to be able to just dissolve into Kensho. That is why Kensho is very advanced. You have already done a lot of the work. In your meditations, if you can have a Kensho experience, and you are able to dissolve, and you do not need to do a lot of clearing, just go ahead and do that. We are trying to go away, we come back, we go away, we come back, and then we realize that we are everything and we are nothing. Sahajasmahi, natural state.
Sometimes, in meditation, you may not dissolve completely, but you feel a huge magnetic, really strong field that just locks you in. The body is locked in, and it is dense. Usually, it is more light, but sometimes it is super dense, and you are just locked in. Then you start to see patterns, flowers, figures, sacred geometry—triangles coming towards you. That is an astral experience, literal sacred geometry. Sometimes, you get disconnected because of noise, but the feeling of being locked in continues until the very end. When you come out, it can be difficult to move. That is a powerful experience.
There should be a transmission of energy. We are aware of each other, focusing in a certain way, with a certain paradigmatic frequency. The transmission is happening through that, and through your own sincerity. It is all the energies inside of you already, right? You are connecting with this potentiality within yourself.
Sometimes, as soon as meditation starts, you feel the connection you used to have when you meditated with others. Even if it is hard to keep that connection because of noise, you can focus on the music, and feel like you are that light, going along with the music. Sometimes, you focus on your breath, imagining it going from your navel all the way up to your third eye. Even a few seconds of that is significant. Any of this is an abnormal experience, not ordinary consciousness. These are magical planes we are talking about, from the material perspective.
My own meditations have been really fantastic, especially the last few weeks. Lots of light. Lots of stillness, but also a lot of power and energy. The stillness is happening through that energy. With all these Kenshos going on, I wonder, did I have a Kensho too? Am I always having Kenshos? I am not even sure. I have to reassess that. I am kind of always in this space of flow. It is a little trippy. I am trying to reorient in the universe a bit. There is a lot of light, a lot of stillness.
I am so grateful. Namaste. Blessings. Thank you.

Opening Greetings and Birthday Context
Adam Wes Great, I am glad you could join. It is a good time to be here today.
Oh, that is right.
Good day, everybody! Welcome! Hi, Kira!
Hi, Daniel, nice to see you again. Hi, David!
Hi, Mom and Dad and Ariella! It is her birthday today! Happy birthday, Ariella!
The solar return—when the Earth returns to the same spot—is a powerful time.
It is a great opportunity to make spiritual progress, so it is a good day to meditate together with Sangha on your birthday. I am so glad you chose to do that.
Wonderful.
And just in case anybody does not know, Ariella has been here basically every week for the last three years.
So, really special, and I am so grateful for you, Ariella. Happy birthday.
We cannot hear you, by the way, unless you do not want to be heard.
Ariella I am so grateful that you are here for me to do this with you, Adam. Thank you.
Adam Wes Oh, that is so good. Kindred spirits—you have to love it.
Shared values.
Really, really special.
So, I think, Ariella, you will like what we are talking about today.
Today I wanted to talk about enlightenment itself. We are going to just focus on enlightenment. What is enlightenment?
Usually, I just do a stream of consciousness discussion, but I already had my stream of consciousness come through when I woke up, and I wrote it down. So I am thinking I will just read what I wrote, because it is pretty extensive.
Shall we dive in?
Okay.
Also, I will be able to share it with anybody who wants it.
So, you do not have to take notes, but you can if you want, for your own personal use.
Alright, but do not read ahead too much.
Alright, so, enlightenment.
I actually took out my first line, which was, "I am all in on enlightenment." I thought that was a funny way to start, but I am feeling right now I should start with that. I am all in on enlightenment.
Why am I telling you about myself? Well, just as a possibility—you can go all in on enlightenment and be a little bit of an extremist, in the most beautiful way. Enlightenment is the ultimate discovery in life.
But as with any discovery, it involves the apprehension of something new, something profound, and something complete.
Apprehension is limited by our faculties and their capacity to apprehend—the ability to perceive, and the depth of one's capacity to experience.
You know what? I cannot read like this. When I read, I am not connecting with the feeling, but this came from a feeling. So I am going to share this with everybody and just talk about enlightenment, actually. I will leave it up here too, if you like.
Definitions and Gradations of Enlightenment Enlightenment—yes, it is a discovery of the universe, and perhaps that is a unique way to talk about it. That is how I experience it. It is the ultimate discovery.
Sometimes it is fun to look under a microscope, or discover the grand unification theory of physics, or to discover a mathematical equation, or discover love. Enlightenment is the apex, the acme of discovery. You are discovering ultimate truth.
It is a state of mind where the discovery itself is more than an intellectual epiphany. It is a deep apprehension of reality in a way that is very central to the human condition.
It is the ultimate discovery. And rather than standing before something new, in a way, it is a shift in perspective, a shift in faculty, where you discover that the thing we were looking for was right there all along. It is like a fish discovering water.
But the fish has to learn how to see, so… yes.
It is interesting, because the way I connect with this is through direct experience. When I read, it is not now. Here, I will just show you—it is quite long, four pages—so I am going to even close this and just talk about enlightenment. But I will share this with you. I can show the document.
So, enlightenment includes a transformation of consciousness, where you see something really profound about what is right here. There are different gradations of enlightenment. Sometimes you have a glimpse of it accidentally.
There are names for that. In Japanese, that is called Kensho. Sometimes you have an experience of it by your own volition. Every time you sit down, you go into ultimate truth, and then you come back out. You can willfully do that each time. That is a higher level of enlightenment. Perhaps you might call that liberation.
Because you are liberated from the sense of separativity, or you could call it—
Let us see, in Japanese, that is called Satori.
Then there is an even higher level of enlightenment, where you no longer go in and out of it anymore—you just always are in that state.
Sometimes they call it the natural state. You have gone in and out so many times, they have merged into one thing.
You no longer have to volitionally try to hold the state of mind; it is just a part of you. You can be eating breakfast, teaching a class, and you are in an enlightened state.
So just to be clear, I am not in that state. I want to be in that state. There is a very, very small number of people in the whole world in that state.
I have heard people say that there are only about 12 people in the whole world at any given time who are in that state. So, there are 2,000 billionaires in the world, but only 12 enlightened beings. It is like being at the trillionaire level, right? You are laughing, Bob, but billionaire is easy compared to enlightenment. Enlightenment is the hardest thing in the universe to do.
It is like, if you wanted to perform the greatest water skiing trick in the universe—because I went water skiing yesterday—this is it.
The Japanese word for the next one is daigo, D-A-I... And in yoga, these are named based on the different levels of samadhi. There is Salva Kapa Samadhi as the first one, Nerva Kapa, and Sahaja Nerva Kapa Samadhi as the third one.
But there are different ways to talk about it.
So what else can I tell you about enlightenment? Let me think.
All religions, essentially—and Colin, I am really thinking of you as I talk about this—all religions are founded upon an interest in enlightenment. I think a lot of times they veer from that initial intention and become all kinds of other things: organized belief, political doctrines. There is so much they have become, but originally, the teachers who gave rise to these religions were seeing this truth and wanted to share it.
It is like, "I found something beautiful that is true in the universe through myself, and you can too." Out of my own goodwill, I want to help someone who is stuck and dreaming a nightmare—well, that is not the best way to say it, but in a way, it is somewhat true. You are dreaming, you are enclosed in an illusion. It is not a nightmare, but it is illusion, and they want to help us wake up.
That is what these great, enlightened beings originally said. If you read the original words of the prophets in each religion, I think you will find they are essentially talking about that. They may be misinterpreted by all kinds of non-enlightened people after the fact, so it is always good to read the words of an enlightened being.
I actually want to go and grab some of my books to hold up so you can see some of the individuals I love to read, because they are in that state, that beloved, wonderful state. Let us see...
Practices and Ethical Orientation on the Path So, enlightenment comes from meditation. It also comes from mindfulness. Think about it this way: in meditation, we go into the light and dissolve.
Well, it is light.
So, it comes from meditation, and it also comes from mindfulness. When we are not meditating, we need to be very mindful to stay connected with the greater level of consciousness. You cannot meditate for five minutes and then be absent-minded for the rest of the day and expect to become enlightened in your lifetime.
I mean, you might. Who knows?
What is required is a really big commitment. Mindfulness means you are—ideally, you are walking around in the light, always, right? You should feel it. You should be doing things with your full attention, and it is strengthening your attention field. You should be concerning yourself with all the many dimensions and complexities of liberating yourself.
You should not be exposing yourself to information that causes confusion in the mental field. You should be considering the implications of certain psychic exposure. There are millions of things you can consider to maintain your progress to awakening.
This is why some people move into an ashram and give it their all, 24 hours a day. But really, I think it is better to do it in the world, because in the world, you are challenged. You are not insulating yourself in a way that might produce a greater state of consciousness, although it will have some artificial elements in it, right? The question is, can you find yourself in the world and continue to make progress or maintain that state?
Now, a sabbatical may be a good thing to do, because you can get yourself a little more free. Once you are up, you can go back into the world empowered and maintain it, right? So sabbaticals are very needed a lot of times.
One of my teacher's teachers said, you have to turn your back on the world for a time, and once you have renewed yourself, you can then turn back and engage with the world. So a lot of times, people go through an initial period where they are a little more isolated. That happened to me. You can do it in a graceful way, or it could be a rocky journey as well. Mine was quite rocky, which was probably not necessary.
So, enlightenment is also not a—if you share in the path and the perspective that I am sharing, the teaching that I am sharing—there are some teachers, all well-known teachers in fact, and perhaps even enlightened teachers—well, I do not know, are they enlightened? They might be liberated—who will differ with what I am about to say, but enlightenment is not an austere practice in the sense that you—it is not nihilism.
You are not becoming bleakness and austerity in an unpleasant way.
So, where people seek in vain to find happiness through things and circumstances, enlightenment brings it directly through you. But here is the paradox: that is not to say you do not have those things and circumstances. Once enlightenment begins to grow in you, your life becomes more true to the wish of your heart.
You know, in that song from Disney—if your wish is in your heart, then it will come true. I am trying to remember the exact—
Kira A dream is a wish your heart makes.
Adam Wes What, what, say it again?
Kira A dream is a wish your heart makes.
Adam Wes And then it continues, saying that if it is in your heart, then it will come true—something like that. Yes, and that is—I love Disney. That is actually a very accurate assessment of the situation, because when you become enlightened, you will not get the things that were superficial, but you will not want them. You will be living in alignment with your heart.
Now, if that means you have the greatest guitar because you are a guitarist and that is important for living your Dharma, then you might have that.
So you really get—it is not austerity, but austerity helps you purge yourself of the things that are preventing it. So there is a level—austerity plays a role in this, but ultimately, it is just following your heart.
There was this one TV series with a man considered the Messiah, and I love what he said at one point. They did not believe him, and he said, "I go where God tells me to go, I go where God takes me." And the woman replied, "Well, that is really convenient for you to say," and he said, "No, it is not, that is a great responsibility."
So, in a way, you, as an expression of God, go where God takes you. God says, do this work, and you have to do it. Or God says, be silent, be nobody, and you have to do that, right? There is a great responsibility when you are willing to face truth. And it is simply truth.
God speaks through truth. We know. We know the truth, right? And it is not a big, booming voice—it is a knowing.
Of what is correct. Righteous action. …
And then, one of the other things I really spoke about here is that it is a state of extreme freedom as well. It is not the freedom to have whatever you like—it is the freedom to be true to who you are.
Colleen That is interesting, I was going to ask you two questions. Yes? One, when you talk about liberation, I think about freedom, and when you talk about being true to yourself, I was thinking about—yes, the way to live is being true to yourself, whatever your needs are, when you are true to yourself. So, that all encompasses everything you are saying, I think.
Adam Wes Well, what are the questions? I am not completely sure.
Colleen It is not really a question, it is just a comment. I mean, liberation goes with freedom.
Adam Wes Yes.
Colleen Freedom means being true to yourself.
Adam Wes Yes.
Colleen They are saying, whatever that means to you is the way you should live. So that gives you freedom, that gives you—it does not make any sense.
Adam Wes Absolutely, yes. So, it is liberation from—
Untruth, liberation from illusion, so that you can be what you are. It is absolute spontaneous action. Actually, I will read a little bit of what I wrote here, because…
Colleen Sorry to interrupt.
Adam Wes No, no, I appreciate it, thank you.
Enlightenment comes from a—oh, let me see.
Of the self-transcendent, I said. So, just reading a little bit from what I wrote. Yes, it is…
You know, it is a state of doing what is necessary.
In total freedom, on behalf of the totality, without any sort of pathological guilt. For example, "I am so guilty, I will not love myself," or, "I am so selfish, I will not give anything away," right? You simply become that voice of righteous love.
That acts correctly based on what is true. It means if you are a mathematician, you are not going to deliver pizza or engineer buildings, right? Because that is what you are. So, of course, you will serve in the way that is true to who you are. All of these things become very self-evident.
Right? What is the right thing to do? And there is a lot of courage in it, but to do anything else would be to estrange yourself from—
Dharmic.
Flow. The flow of truth.
This is related to that word, Dharma, that we have used in the past. Dharma—we step into the currents of Dharma.
When we live in this way, we must abide by the will of Dharma, and we are responsible to God's wishes, in that sense. Similar to the character in the show I was speaking about.
So, it comes from meditation, it comes from—
Mindfulness, and it also comes from contemplation. You have to get clear.
And I just—thank you to my teacher for this clarity. He distilled that very clearly from many religions and passed it on to me with that clarity, and I am sharing it with you. It comes from contemplation as well. You need a degree of lucidity where you truly understand life.
Right? If you are confused, it is difficult to act from a foundation of confusion. You have to know—and this is where mathematics is actually very valuable, because in mathematics, we become skilled at thinking.
And it is easy to think about anything. You can use anything you like; it does not have to be math, and you can be good at thinking even if you do not know math—especially considering how math is generally taught, but…
The whole idea is that you are extremely clear, you have a powerful field of attention, and you are deeply mindful. You can let go, dissolve into nothingness, and return to your primordial source.
So, yes. Alright, let me see, what time is it? We are going to wrap up in a moment here.
Is there anything else I want to share from this document? Maybe I will read the last part.
Religion is the study of cosmology. It is the study of the self. It is the remedy for a psychological issue. It is the remedy for every human being.
Really, I am trying to share that this is relevant to everybody. I think some people are simply not ready for it—perhaps most people.
So I said, I am all in on enlightenment: meditate, be mindful, be kind, study the scriptures in any form that they come, go into the light, be humble, and give everything you have—not to the vanity of the superficial surface of life.
But to the deepest calling, the deepest endeavor, the deepest aspect within enlightenment.
So, that is the end.
Any questions? There is—I mean, we could talk forever about this, so I just… I do not know where to stop.
Colleen That people working towards enlightenment can all look different, right?
Adam Wes They are necessarily all different, because in enlightenment, every flower is different.
Colleen Right. Okay.
Adam Wes There—you know, Bruce Lee is a good example. He attained liberation as an actor, a famous actor and martial artist.
Emerson… okay, let me just talk about some of the enlightened, liberated, and self-realized people. So, self-realized is the lowest level, because you have realized God. It is a kind of enlightenment. Then there is liberation, and then enlightenment.
So, Einstein, as far as I can tell, I think he was actually self-realized. He was able to go into that light, sometimes accidentally. Nikola Tesla was close to that as well. Emerson was apparently maybe higher.
Shakespeare, as well. These are people who were not, you know, shaved-head monks in ashrams. These were people in the world.
Now, there are plenty of unknown individuals who may be shaved-head monks in ashrams who also did become enlightened, but do not assume that they did. A lot of times, ashrams do not have any enlightened beings there. It is a rare thing. If you think about it, there are maybe twelve of them.
Does every ashram have a powerful Shakespeare-like individual? I mean, Shakespeare was a powerful, clear individual. Very powerful. Who else?
Colleen Composers?
Adam Wes Mozart was apparently somewhere in that, maybe even enlightened, actually. Who else?
Colleen Artists? Colleen: Significant others and people?
Adam Wes I do not think Picasso was. You probably would not cut off your ear if you were enlightened. These are people who are in a very good headspace, right? I do not know the full story of Picasso, so I say that with a grain of salt, but…
Somebody like… Well, and then there are some people who are very overtly into enlightenment. They talk about enlightenment, like Sadhguru, Eckhart Tolle, Ramana Maharshi, a whole group of Indian teachers, Ananda Mayi Ma…
Paramahansa Yogananda was, I think, liberated. Jesus, Buddha, the Muslim figures—which I do not know as well—some of the Jewish rabbis, whom I also do not know as well. Although it would be wonderful to know all the Muslim and Jewish ones as well, people like…
Daniel Krishnamurti, would you say?
Adam Wes Yes, Krishnamurti was apparently enlightened, actually. Well, actually, he was… I think he was liberated? It is hard for me to say. He was liberated or enlightened, one of the two. I am not sure. I may know better one day, when I become clearer on it myself. I am going based on what my teacher has said, and also my own reading of these people's writings.
So, Krishnamurti—when you read his writing, you can see how he is talking about it. It is a little different from Nisargadatta Maharaj or Ramana Maharshi, who write from a slightly higher degree of certainty about it.
So, yes. But I love Krishnamurti; he is one of my favorites, and at a very basically enlightened level.
I am going to go grab the three books I wanted to show.
So, when I think of enlightenment, one of the books that comes to mind the most is this book. And this beautiful man. I will just open to a random page, and you will see how he speaks. It is quite remarkable, it is intense.
Of course, God is required for sadhana—spiritual practice—but the end of sadhana, even in Bhakti Marga, the path of devotion, is attained only after complete surrender. What does it mean, except that effacement of the ego results in self…
Remaining as it was. As it always has been. Whatever path one may choose, the "I" is inescapable. The "I" that does the Nishkama Karma—motiveless action—the "I" that longs to join the Lord from whom it feels it has been separated, the "I" that feels it has slipped from its real nature, and so on. The source of this "I" must be found out, then all questions will be solved.
This is just a single page here, from someone who devoted his life to sharing and speaking about this.
And what other books did I bring? I picked up a Krishnamurti book—one of my favorites. And that Eckhart Tolle book, who also spoke about these ideas.
So, let us do some meditation. Any questions? What do you think, David? Did you enjoy that?
I love it. David is really fully engaged in transformation right now. It is wonderful. I am honored to be a part of that, and happy to witness your journey.
David Thank you, man.
Guided Dissolution Meditation and Energetic Framework I think you will appreciate our energy practice for today. The energy practice is dissolution, which I think is very fitting.
So let us begin.
Any questions, mom?
I appreciate the way you are listening—thank you. I am so grateful.
Alright, let us put on some music.
Oh, that was not too long—sorry.
Hi. Well, it has been 30 minutes, so…
Half talking, half meditation—I enjoy that, if everyone is comfortable with it.
So… Is the music starting?
Oh.
And hello, Lolly. I do not know you, but it is nice to meet you. Or perhaps I do know you.
Welcome.
Can everyone hear the music? Can you?
No, here.
There you go.
So, astrally—you have your heart, your navel center, and your third eye. All of these can support you in the dissolution process.
The heart allows you to feel at home, unassailably, no matter what happens.
The navel center helps you will the transformation of energy.
And the third eye helps you maintain clarity. It helps you navigate.
And we are the navigator—still.
Deep breath.
Pickets.
Let go of our resistance.
Oh, wonderful.
Listener's distinct.
Conditions, your ideation—you could only…
You are content with knowing.
Let the ambient power of the universe move through you. You are that power.
What are you? When are you? Where does space come from?
All of these questions break down the habitual, paradigmatic orientation, helping you return to the source.
Feel your heart radiate from your center. Let yourself be the center.
This will be our final song in the meditation, so… I have really enjoyed this.
Let us go on this journey together. Enjoy the sweetness of existence as it shines within you.
And when you are ready, you can come out of the meditation.
So, birthday girl, would you like to share first?
Ariella Yes, thank you.
I hope you enjoyed that.
Ariella Yes, thank you so much, Adam.
You are welcome.
Ariella I was wondering, before I… I spoke about feeling that I just spaced out. Was that me dissolving… into…
Ariella Into enlightenment and not understanding what that was?
This is a very important question.
Participant Reflections and Closing Exchange
Adam Wes When you use the word "spaced out," I think it is important to consider whether that is the most appropriate description, because it usually implies that your mind is wandering, which is generally not considered a positive thing. That is a—
But I do not think that is actually what is happening with you. It could be, but I am not convinced that is the case.
And… how would you know? You would return feeling renewed.
You would come back with a sense that you had entered into an alternate state of consciousness, as if you were putting your cosmic clothes back on. It is almost as if you took off the garments of personality, and when you return, you re-engage with the illusion of individuality.
That is what it feels like when you come out of a Kensho experience. Does that sound like what you experienced?
Ariella When I come back, I feel like... I have no idea where I was, but I was gone.
Adam Wes It does not feel as if you simply were not there. It is not just that you do not know where you were—there was nobody to be anywhere. That actually sounds like Kensho to me. Do you feel renewed? Does it feel like an energetic purification and renewal? I think you usually say you feel great after that happens.
Ariella But also, because I have not heard all this before, I feel... I am confused. Like, what happened to me?
Adam Wes Mmm, yes. I think doubting yourself might be natural, because this is not a very well understood or commonly discussed topic. Exactly. It sounds like you went away. That is what I mean when I say you go away. You do not go somewhere else—you just... there is no "you." That sounds very much like a Kensho.
Ariella Oh, thank you so much, Adam.
Adam Wes Very good, Ariella, wonderful! I would not be surprised. Your energy... you have been doing this for a lifetime. When you and I gazed together for those 12 seconds that one time, I could feel that you have a very strong power. It is a kind of ambient power—a power of dissolution within you.
In yoga, there is a god in Hinduism named Shiva, who is called the Destroyer. It can feel as though you are being destroyed, in a sense. You can also experience this through love, where you become bliss. But the Destroyer is beneficial, because it liberates you for yourself.
Ariella You can...
Adam Wes ...really do it. You have to let the Destroyer do it, or let love do it. Wonderful, Ariella. I recommend you write about it as extensively as you can. Try to be selective with your words and consider what they are truly expressing.
"Spaced out." What does that even mean? Who came up with that term, anyway? This is why I appreciate poetry. I think you all probably know I like to speak in various ways and use metaphors, because we are trying to describe something that is so elusive and ineffable.
It is like taking off your cosmic clothing, right? That is also a bit... you know, playful and perhaps a little flower-child-like, something reminiscent of the hippie era. I am trying to weave these metaphors together, but that is essentially what it is. There is this clothing that says "I," and when you take it off, there is no "I" anymore. What are you then? You are the...
And it also hints at the idea that we know we are not our clothing, so are you your personality? I am sharing all these different perspectives in the way I am expressing this. If you can take it off, then what were you all along? It is your birthday suit, cosmically speaking. And then all that is left is, I do not even know that I exist. And yet you do, of course, because you are still here. So... wonderful, Ariella. Happy birthday!
Ariella Thank you!
Adam Wes Yes, wonderful. Well, namaste. Thank you. Happy birthday.
Ariella Thank you, thank you. Yes, a whole new... thing is birthed for me.
Adam Wes I love it, I love it. And you can look through the Jewish wording as well. If you write something, write something that describes your experience. I will show you a way to find the Hebrew words for this.
Ariella Oh, thank you.
Adam Wes There should be Hebrew words for it, so we should do that for you, since you have that connection.
Ariella Yes.
Adam Wes Hm.
Ariella Not aware of it in Judith. But thank you.
Adam Wes How come? Alright. Colleen?
Colleen It is interesting that Ariella said that, because I had a completely different experience today, and maybe it is similar to what you had, Ariella.
Adam Wes Okay.
Colleen I just saw color for a moment at the beginning. And at the end, when you started talking, I could not even understand what you were saying, because none of the words sounded like anything that made sense. They were just words, but I felt like I disappeared during all that time in between.
So I do not know what that was, but I did not have dreams, I did not have visions, I did not have anything. It was just starting and coming back. And then nothing.
Adam Wes Wow!
Colleen I am not sure if that was similar to what you were describing.
Adam Wes It sounds... it sounds like we had two Kenshos here today!
Colleen It could be, because when Ariella was talking, I was thinking, this is kind of like what... I understand what you mean when you say "space out," because space is so vast, you just become part of this big nothing. But I just felt like something was different today.
Adam Wes Can you describe it more? You, you…
Colleen There was nothing. I just saw the red at the very beginning for a short time, and when you started talking at the end, I saw a little bit of red. I could not figure out what you were saying.
I can hear you now, but I could not make sense of your words before. I knew you were speaking, but I did not hear anything. And that is it. The next thing I saw was Hera's head moving around.
I like to come back to it.
Adam Wes Wow, congratulations, Mom. I am so happy to hear that. Wow!
Colleen It was different.
Adam Wes This is… after all these meditations, you know.
This is my mom, Colleen. She has also been here meditating for three years.
Just about every single week.
And she has been through many light experiences, and this sounds like you really had—
Kensho experience. Do you feel… what does the aftermath of it feel like? Do you feel it in your body, in your…
Colleen Free.
Adam Wes Free?
Colleen Hmm.
Adam Wes Wow! I appreciate how I just… Yes, the search.
Colleen German makes such a big difference, I guess.
Adam Wes Maybe it is because of what you were talking about? Yes!
Colleen We clicked inside.
Adam Wes Yes!
Colleen And I gave myself permission to be nothing. Or whatever you say, I just… it was simply a different experience.
Adam Wes You are all amazing. I am impressed. Congratulations.
Well, not.
Colleen Ariana, were you born in 51 or 52?
Ariella 51.
Colleen Okay, so we are… we are twins.
Ariella Oh!
Adam Wes Same years, same age.
Colleen Truth. Connected.
Adam Wes Hello.
I love it. Well, namaste, Mom. Good job. Wow.
Colleen It is a huge…
Adam Wes Please write it down. It is good to write about these things. I can go back and read my writings from the very first week I went into Light in 2011.
Colleen Yes, I call.
Adam Wes I have the writings. What?
Colleen I cannot do that. Arianna can, but I cannot.
Adam Wes Just sit down and write a description. If you get in your head about it, then it is not going to work. You are simply describing…
Colleen It is not going to…
Adam Wes Okay, fine. Namaste, Mom. Good job. Wonderful.
Bless… blessings, oh, I am so grateful.
Special design.
Kira! Well, Kira says she… she… I saw three fingers held up, so Kira, how was your meditation?
Kira I can barely talk.
Adam Wes Oh, yes, you look very blissed out. I was thinking your energy looks great. Wow. You do not have to talk if you do not want to. This is enough.
Kira I think… yes, the funny… I think the funny aspect of it was, like, excuse me… disappeared. Like, disappearing. And then, momentarily coming back for a second, my eyes opening, and seeing…
My body was, like, totally… I was like… Father's coming.
You know how people go away, and they just dissolve… they will, like…
I do not know, like… serious meditators will just go, and you hear the stories where they are totally not connected to their body, and the attendants come, and they have to feed them and so on. When I saw myself for a second, I did not have any awareness of what was going on.
It was only for a moment when I opened my eyes, and I was just like…
I thought it was funny, and then I just went right back into it.
Adam Wes Wow. I find that really amusing.
Amazing.
Kira Oh… Yes, I suppose it is interesting because there is a certain, like, spiritual path or endeavor where you are increasing your level of awareness and consciousness. And then this is, like, your…
It is almost like you are removing it, or… you know?
Adam Wes Yes, it is… initially, we create the conditions from which we can let go.
Kira Right?
Adam Wes More energy, more light, more heart. You were all in a place where, okay, now I can dissolve. And this is the difference between yang meditation and yin meditation.
Dissolving to that degree is a very yin meditation, right? So, yes, we are clearing the energy. If you are so blocked up, you cannot stop thinking, you are totally dense, you are not going to be able to just dissolve into Kensho. That is why Kensho is very advanced. You have already done a lot of the work.
And then… so I recommend, in your meditations, if you can have a Kensho experience, and you are able to dissolve, and you do not need to do a lot of clearing, just go ahead and do that.
We are trying to go away, we come back, we go away, we come back, we go away, we come back, and then we realize that we are everything and we are nothing.
Sahajasmahi, natural state.
Kira Thank you.
Adam Wes It is beautiful. Congratulations. Not a mistake, Kira, thank you for being here. I was so happy to see you show up.
David?
David 18.
Adam Wes I love this guy, David is great. Positive energy, it is so good.
David Yes, I was… you know, I do not know if I got to the point of dissolving completely, entirely. But…
Adam Wes Not required, but…
David I am going to tell you what happened.
Adam Wes Yes.
David I just… I was locked in. I felt a huge magnetic, really, really big, strong field that just… I could not move. My neck was…
Adam Wes Mmm.
David I was locked in, my body was just… first time.
Adam Wes Beautiful. It sounds like you are—
David But, like, it was very, very… dense. That is the word. It was dense. Usually, it is more light, what I feel.
This time, it was super dense, and I was just… I was locked in, right? So…
And then…
Adam Wes Sounds like your kundalini arose.
David Yes, I do not know. I do not know. But…
So, the second thing is, I started to see patterns, and, you know, flowers, and…
And I think, you know, figures, like in your software, when you are showing your beautiful art.
Mathematics?
Adam Wes Yes.
David So, I was, like, in one of those videos, but just inside, you know? I could see different things, shapes, and colors.
And then I saw a triangle. There was a point when I started seeing triangles.
Adam Wes Beautiful. That is an astral experience, that is literal, sacred geometry.
David Would you call it sacred geometry? This was the first time I saw this. It was like the peak of my experience.
I was so locked in, so engaged. It was like a series of triangles coming towards me.
Adam Wes Okay.
David And then I got disconnected because some noise distracted me, but the feeling of being locked in continued until the very end. When you said I could start to come out, I could not. I could not move. I started moving my fingers, and it was difficult to come out of that state. That was my experience.
Adam Wes Beautiful. Keep meditating like that. Make sure to have a good meditation tonight. It is quite late over there for you, I think, but even 15 minutes, if you can.
David Okay, yes. Thank you. I do not know what you do in these meditations, but it is amazing.
Adam Wes Thank you.
My mom says she feels hypnotized. That is good; it means it is working over the computer. When Kira and I get together, we usually do gazing meditations with people, where we gaze at each other, and then the light comes.
So, there should be a transmission of energy. We are aware of each other, focusing in a certain way, with a certain paradigmatic frequency, right? I think the transmission is happening through that, and through your own sincerity. It is all the energies inside of you already, right? You are connecting with this potentiality within yourself.
Wonderful. Namaste, David. Thank you. Good job. Thanks for being here.
And Daniel, who I have not seen for a few months. Nice to see you from Mexico. Oh, yes, David is in… You are part of the red stage.
Daniel And it has also been a while that I… well, I have not meditated in a while.
Adam Wes Oh, bud.
Daniel As soon as the meditation started, I do not know why, but I felt the connection I used to have when I meditated with you all.
Adam Wes Oh.
Daniel Although it was hard to keep that connection. There was a lot of noise around here—my neighbors, some dogs—so it was a little bit difficult.
Daniel So then I started focusing on the music. I just felt like… I do not know if you have seen those videos where music is played under a light that is moving through the music sheets.
Adam Wes Oh, yes?
Daniel I felt like I was that light.
Adam Wes Oh.
Daniel I was going along with the music, but again, it did not last long because of all the noise around here.
Daniel So then I started thinking of other things. I tried to concentrate on my breath. I imagined the breath going from my navel all the way up to my third eye. It was just for a few seconds, because I remember opening my eyes a little bit and saw it was 8:08. Then I closed them again, and when I opened them again, it was still 8:08, but there was… I do not know, maybe 10 or 20 seconds that passed. I do not know what happened in those moments. When I came back, it was like, where am I? What am I doing? It was very different from other experiences I have had.
Adam Wes Maybe you were letting go as well, dissolving. Yes, even just a few seconds of that is significant. I mean, even any of this, right? You are having an abnormal experience, not ordinary consciousness. You know, back 15 or 20 years ago, I would have considered this magic. To me, these are magical planes we are talking about, right? From the material perspective.
Daniel Oh, well, I am really, really grateful, because this sensation I had at the beginning… I have been trying to meditate again for the past, I do not know, two weeks? And it has been difficult. But at the beginning of this meditation, again, it did not last long, but that connection I used to have in these sessions—remembering and feeling it again—it was…
Adam Wes Good.
Daniel …play.
Adam Wes I love that. That is what satsanga is—a feeling. You come back to it, you tap in. Cool. Nice to see you again, Daniel. Thank you for… thank you for joining, and… Hopefully we will see you again soon.
Kira Adam, how was your meditation?
Adam Wes How was my meditation? It is… it is hard to describe. I mean, it is good. My meditations have been really fantastic, especially the last few weeks. Lots of light. Lots of stillness, but also a lot of power and energy. The stillness is happening through that energy.
It is interesting, with all these Ken shows going on, I am wondering, did I have a Ken Show too? I am thinking, do I always have kid shows? I am not even sure. I have to reassess that. I am kind of always in this space of flow. It is a little trippy. I am trying to reorient in the universe a bit.
So, I do not know if that is a good answer for you. There is a lot of light, a lot of stillness.
Kira That is good. I just want to know how you were doing.
Adam Wes What did you say?
Kira I said, it does not have to be good.
Adam Wes Well, it is—
Kira Just…
Adam Wes It does not happen—
Kira How you are, how you are doing?
Adam Wes Oh, thank you. Yes, that is my best explanation of my lovely meditation that I had with you all.
Kira Thank you.
Adam Wes I will come.
Kira Nice meditating with you all.
Adam Wes Yes.
Colleen Thank you.
