Heart Centered Meditation
We are allowing ourselves to step into absorption through the heart center. It is like falling back into a swimming pool of cosmic love, letting yourself enter that essence.
When we sit down and meditate, we are generating love. Love is the substance of being. As we clear all the calcification of agenda, selfhood, and self-image, we begin to enter that warmth, that cozy home within ourselves. Let that hominess, that wholeness, fill up your being right now, until meditation is effortless and where you want to be.
Feel the heart center, exuding love, kindness, gentleness, and forgiveness. Really intend that positive focus as a means of subduing the mind, but also to generate.
Where is the heart center? There are a number of points, but I think one of them is truly most central. It is a little higher on the sternum, right in the middle vertically. Explore that and see if it feels nice for you. Always do what feels intuitive.
One inch below the belly button, there is a center. It is the willpower. When it is coupled with the heart, it helps us stay steady energetically. You can generate heat there. You can feel the magnetism of the spot. It expands in front of the body, but also, just feel the spot. This is the lower dantian in Taoism. Coupled with the heart, there is a steady strength.
The heart center is the middle dantian, and the third eye is the upper dantian. There are only three dantians in that way of referencing it. If you activate all three dantians at the same time, staying very centered in the heart, it holds the mind very steady.
Focus on the third eye coupled with the heart. The third eye is very magnetic. It holds the mind very steady. It allows you to remain with the heart center. It is in the middle of the eyebrows, a little bit higher, and it should feel like a magnetic pressure. If you cannot feel it, you can put your finger near that spot and try to feel the connection with the activation from the finger.
There is another dimension of meditation, which is to see and feel your whole body in light. Bring your body into light. Fluidify the chakras more deeply using the causal planes of light. The light appears as a luminosity within the mind. It is not simply energetic in the astral sense. It possesses a higher-frequency quality of energy which fluidifies the chakra centers.
Hold the whole body in the gold light. Bring some active positivity and brightness to your field. Be grateful, positive, not as much in thought, but in energy. Radiant.
Posture, Absorption, and Golden Light
Originally, yoga postures were meant so that you could sit and meditate. One of the reasons that we sit in a half-lotus or full-lotus position is so that we do not fall over. Perhaps you are going into a very deep state where you need to situate yourself a little bit better.
There is a central channel called the sushumna. We do not want the sushumna to fold. It is like a hose. If you fold a hose, it does not squirt as much water out. You want it to be up.
The heart is open, the navel center is grounded, the crown is up, and the navel center is in. There are different positions called mudras. It does not just look good. It is good. It feels good. It is energy, not just pretense.
If your knees are not good for the lotus position, you can also meditate in a Japanese-style position. If you are on a chair, you can just sit. It is easier to slouch, but if you are actively doing it, it works.
Yoga is a practice of spirituality. It is not specifically a physical practice. That is an adaptation.
The term spacing out may not be accurate. You are becoming absorbed, perhaps. Spacing out is usually when somebody is not listening and is thinking, ruminating.
The golden light is the light of the soul. It is the Atman. You are literally seeing the essence of individuality. It is powerful for healing. It heals your astral body and your physical body. It changes everything. It heals your emotions and your anxieties. Most of all, you are returning home to the essence whence you arose. It is going to God. It is the path to enlightenment through Raja Yoga.
Prayer, Meditation, and Agency
Jesus' word for prayer was not at all the word prayer. It actually means to turn inward, to turn to. This is the etymological meaning of his word for prayer, what was translated as prayer. What it actually means is to turn to something.
It is implicit what he was talking about. We are turning to the gold light. We are turning to the essence. We are turning to the Holy Ghost. We are turning to that thing within, that thing that is so formless. It is not the physical. We are turning away from the physical and into the essence.
Prayer may also mean the supplication of asking for something, praying that good things will happen in various ways. That is a little more in the realm of manifestation and intention, directing our intention. There is nothing wrong with that. It is a little different.
There is a ship of people traveling through the oceans. A big storm comes, and the ship is breaking down in the storm. Everybody gets down and starts praying. But there is one person on the ship who is known as the most spiritual person, and that person does not pray. Everybody asks why. He says he trusts God. He trusts God to make him and move him.
It is a story about allowing the universe to unfold. There is a positive result in that. It is not simply nihilism. We are not allowing ourselves to be washed away by ill health, bad luck, or things like that.
Manifestation is also another factor. Oftentimes, I just put out that things are happening correctly. It is a way of navigating our own agency.
Psychically, we are touching everything. This is what scientists and materialists do not understand that much. There are things happening, phenomenal occurrences happening, in psychic space. Just because something is not measured does not mean it is not there. Electricity was not known until three hundred years ago. There was plenty of science before electricity.
When we think something, it changes not just us, but the whole universe, because we are one current of transmutation. When you think something, you put it out there.
How do you think something? Where does it come from? How do you do anything? How do we do anything? The mastery of agency, which is to allow thoughts, movements, and actions to occur, to have them arise, has a lot to do with meditation, because stillness allows us to see truth, Dharma.
It is more listening than saying, I am coming up with this. We could have an idea of a house, or we could listen and see how the house is meant to be. These are all very subtle. They are occult practices, to learn how to listen and flow. All of this is involved in the idea of prayer. It is good to wish everybody well, to invite good things to happen, and to set intentions.
Why are you here? What is the reason, and what are your goals? Picture it. What does your life look like with meditation? That is a little bit of a prayer. We are saying, I pray that meditation will become my life, and I will manifest this vision. Goal-setting and prayer are interrelated.
A lot of people say to pray, pray, pray. I would, in a way, disagree with that. Meditation is the path, because in meditation, we are not asking. We are not supposed to be asking for something. It is almost a different practice.
We are trying to become Dharma. Dharma means truth or duty. There is an unfolding of destiny that occurs in the love of non-attachment, of freedom, of the universe. There is a seed inside of us that brings us into incarnation, and it unfolds through an arc of our lives.
All of those things unfold. They fractalize. I will use a mathematical metaphor. It comes through, and there is this beautiful coherence. You see it in numerology: the universe is talking to me; everything is happening exactly right. The more you meditate, the more you start to see all of this arise. It is uncanny. I do not even think of it as magical anymore. It is just my life.
Numbers are ridiculous, the way numbers can happen, or the way you think of somebody and then something happens, and then three people with the same name come into your life in one day. All kinds of interesting things are statistically impossible but phenomenally possible, based on interconnective coherence.
Meditation is giving. Prayer is asking for something. It is okay to manifest. But when we meditate, we are giving away. We are saying, I am everything. God is me, inside of me. I am God. What could I ask for? This is all happening. This is all a beautiful show of destiny unfolding before me.
In meditation, the reason we go into the gold light, into the Atman, into the essence, into Brahman, is because we are becoming that thing that is beyond reach. It is unassailable. It is eternal. That is very much what meditation and spirituality are all about. It is becoming essence, spirit.
That is not to say that our incarnations are not important and beautiful too. They are part of the duality of eternality and transience together. We can pray and live our lives to the fullest at the same time. That is quite a Bhakti orientation, because Bhakti is so loving. We are going to be gentle with ourselves.
Observe your rumination as something you cannot touch. We are not the doer. That is the illusion of the doer doing. When we observe it, we take its power away.
Rumination is doubt versus trust. It is security versus freedom. It is resistance versus acceptance. Feel the heart, feel love, and leave no room for thoughts. In those situations, bring more love. Bring all your love until there is 1 percent left for thoughts and you are 99 percent love. You are just flowing with love.
Expansiveness and Inner Light
The chakras are doorways into the light. There are a lot of heart centers. If you get acupuncture, they can put a needle in many different points. There are kidney channel points. There are a good ten main ones. But one of them, you can just tell, is your most vulnerable center.
Explore the vertical altitude of it. Where is it? Try to find that, because when you start to feel your heart, you can listen to your heart and really feel what is happening.
The navel center and the third eye are very connected. They activate together. Start to notice that eventually.
It is amazing when you see a supersensorial experience. You cannot speak of it. It is light, but it is not like light with your eyes. You can see it, but you see it in your mind. It is not just your mind. It is touching your body somehow.
The principle is total acceptance. Follow your heart. Be your own self. Love is our highest.
When you are out in the world doing all your eccentric things, and people wonder if you are okay, they are not living in freedom. They wonder why you are not conforming like them, but they would not use those words. Lack of conformity feels uncomfortable to them.
When there is love, there is no conformity. That is why artists are artists.
Keep moving towards moksha. Moksha in Sanskrit means liberation. There is a deep shift in identity that occurs, and it is very powerful. Sometimes there is no differentiation. It is almost just one creation moving.
Group Practice and Energetic Channels
Think of the dantians as large vortices, but you can start to play with the tubes, the channels. Nadis are astral tubes, and they run through the body. There is one in front, there is one near the spine, and they go in an orbit. You can clear the whole tube and meditate on all the chakras.
Look into the microcosmic orbit. Look into Ida, Pingala, and sushumna. The nose is the end of a channel. The Ida and Pingala come out of each side and go into the upper teeth.
Do not meditate too much on your root and second chakra until you are more advanced. That is usually cautioned against. But you could add your crown chakra. You could add your throat chakra. You could add the granthi and the spinal channel.
The light coming from the top is like heaven literally shining down into your head. It is a different, unique kind of light. Sometimes it feels like something dripping over your head with ecstasy. It is inner too.
Kundalini energy will usually move up, but it can also descend. There can be a descending energy accumulating at the crown and moving through the body. Move the energy in all directions, but sometimes it is a spontaneous movement coming from a download. A literal download.

Heart Centered Meditation
Adam Wes Welcome, Kira. We're doing an extended meditation if you want to join us. Yee-haw! Let's do it.
More heart. We're allowing ourselves to step into absorption through the heart center. It's like falling back into a swimming pool of cosmic love, letting yourself enter that essence.
David, something you could try, and everybody: if you activate all three dantians at the same time, staying very centered in the heart, it holds the mind very steady. Perhaps that's something to try.
Kira, you can really invoke the gold light. And Jenna, definitely light. Harrison, you can do what we were doing, unless you want to try those things.
Jenna, what we were doing was feeling the heart center, exuding love, kindness, gentleness, and forgiveness, really intending that positive focus as a means of subduing the mind, but also to generate.
He'd like to continue with that with us.
Harrison, a good thing to explore is, where is the heart center? There are a number of points, but I think one of them is truly most central. You can explore this. It's a little higher on the sternum, right in the middle vertically. Let's explore that and see if that feels nice for you. Always do what feels intuitive.
Ariella, it's good to keep your head up.
When we sit down and meditate, we're generating love. Love is the substance of being. As we clear all the calcification of agenda, selfhood, and self-image, we begin to enter that warmth, that cozy home within ourselves. Let that hominess, that wholeness, fill up your being right now, until meditation is effortless and where you want to be. Sure, it's there.
Ariella, let's stay alert. What you can do is maybe put your feet on the ground and arch your lower back. Try sitting up straight. Push the chair back a bit. Yeah. See how that feels. You can go back to the other way if you like. Try this for a moment. It's good because it opens the heart center quite a bit if you do that.
Welcome, Mandy. We're just meditating on the heart. Join us.
I'd like to share a little bit about an energetic technique, particularly with Harrison. This is for you. You might know it already. One inch below the belly button, there's a center. It's the willpower. When it's coupled with the heart, it helps us stay steady energetically. You can generate heat there. You can just feel the magnetism of the spot. It expands in front of the body, but also, just feel the spot. This is the lower dantian in Taoism. Coupled with the heart, there's a steady strength.
Sorry. Nice posture, Ariella.
The heart center is the middle dantian, and the third eye is the upper dantian. There are only three dantians in that way of referencing it.
Let's try focusing on the third eye coupled with the heart. The third eye is very magnetic. It holds the mind very steady. It allows you to remain with the heart center. It's in the middle of the eyebrows, a little bit higher, and it should feel like a magnetic pressure. If you can't feel it, you can put your finger near that spot and try to feel the connection with the activation from the finger.
You're welcome to continue with that. I'd like to offer another dimension of meditation, which is to see and feel your whole body in light. The three dantians, but also, there's a luminosity. Some of you have accessed it before.
Bring your body into light. Fluidify the chakras more deeply using the causal planes of light. The light appears as a luminosity within the mind. It's not simply energetic in the astral sense. It possesses a higher-frequency quality of energy which fluidifies the chakra centers.
Kira can hold the whole body in the gold light. Anybody else who can, connect.
Just to be in alignment with the theme of today, maybe bring some active positivity and brightness to your field, just for a minute or so before we end the meditation. Grateful, positive, not as much in thought, but in energy. Radiant.
When you're ready, come out of the meditation.
Posture Absorption and Golden Light
That was 33 minutes. How was your meditation, Ariella?
Ariella It was very good. I feel like I'm spacing out. I'm not aware of my body.
Adam Wes You know, they invented yoga, as it's known in the West as a form of postures. Originally, yoga postures were meant so that you could sit and meditate.
Ariella Oh, I didn't know that.
Adam Wes One of the reasons that we sit in a half-lotus or full-lotus position is so that we don't fall over. Perhaps you are going into a very deep state where you need to situate yourself a little bit better. We don't want your sushumna, there's a central channel called the sushumna, to fold. It's like a hose, right? If you fold a hose, it doesn't squirt as much water out. You want it to be up.
Here, take a look at my posture for a second. Look at it energetically. I'm sitting like this the whole time. You see, my heart is open, my navel center is grounded, my crown is up, my navel center is in, and I'm sitting like this. Or like this, or like this. They're all different. These are called mudras.
Do you see the energy of this? If I was like this, right? It's not the same. It doesn't just look good. It is good. It feels good. People come up to me at the park and they're like, "You look good when you meditate." And I'm like, "Well, yeah, I've been doing this for a while." But it's energy, right? It's not just pretense.
Also, I don't really recommend this. Some people do that. It's a little much. It's not really necessary. But if you can get this foot higher, higher, higher, get it in the groove there, and then get it up on your thigh, that's kind of enough.
If your knees aren't good for that, you can also meditate like this. This is a Japanese-style meditation. I usually have my feet one on top of the other.
If you're on a chair, you can just sit. You see what happens when you're sitting on the chair. It's easier to slouch, but if you're actively doing it, it works.
So, a little discussion on the exoteric postures. There were about five postures originally, and then these two guys created the two parts of yoga, and it turned into all of these postures. Yeah, maybe you can meditate on your head. That would be interesting. But that wasn't the original, original yoga, was it? Yoga is a practice of spirituality. It's not specifically a physical practice. That's kind of an adaptation.
Also, I think the term "spacing out" may not be accurate. You're becoming absorbed, perhaps. Spacing out is usually when somebody's not listening and they're thinking, ruminating. You can use whatever words you like, but I would say that. Good job, Ariella. Thank you for listening. I hope that maybe helped some of you as well.
Ariella The term that I read in some of the stuff that you sent us, the golden light, I experienced that.
Adam Wes Wonderful! The golden light is the light of the soul. It's the Atman. You're literally seeing the essence of individuality.
Kira and I get together, and we go into the gold light and the clear light together. I've seen the light with Jenna too, before. Jenna and I had some nice experiences in light. I hope you spend some time in the light, Jen.
I think that would be so powerful for healing. It heals your astral body and your physical body. It changes everything. It heals your emotions and your anxieties. It heals physical things. It gives you better cardiovascular health. Most of all, you're returning home to the essence whence you arose. It's going to God. It's the path to enlightenment through Raja Yoga.
Good job, Ariella. Amazing.
Usually we do little descriptions, and we'll probably stop a little before seven. It's a short session today because I wasn't sure if we were going to do it. But Harrison, just so you know, I usually talk for about 30 minutes on a topic. I give a sermon on humility, karma, or any of them. Today is a little bit of an interim because we'll be doing a new program launch on the 20th.
Prayer Meditation and Agency
How about you, Andrea? How was your meditation? Namaste, Ariella. Thank you.
Andrea P It was strong. I started to cry. I cried a lot.
Adam Wes Oh, yeah! Crying is heart-opening!
Andrea P Yeah, it was too much. I'm tired.
Adam Wes Whoa.
Andrea P Yeah, but I had a question. I have been thinking about it for a couple of days, and I just thought to ask you. How do you pray? Do you pray? I've been thinking about praying.
Adam Wes This is a good question. I actually had a conversation with somebody about this recently. In fact, I wanted to write a sermon on this one.
Did you know Jesus' word for prayer was not at all the word "prayer"? It's really interesting. It comes from, I'm forgetting the language. There's a really interesting-looking language from back then, and it actually means "to turn inward," "turn to." This is the actual etymological meaning of his word for prayer, what was translated as "prayer." What it actually means is to turn to something.
It's implicit what he was talking about. We're turning to the gold light. We're turning to the essence. We're turning to the Holy Ghost. We're turning to that thing within, that thing that's so formless. It's not the physical. We're turning kind of away from the physical and into the essence.
When you ask about prayer, perhaps that pertains to your question, unless you're specifically asking about the supplication of asking for something, like, "I pray that good things will happen in all these various ways," which is a little bit more in the realm of manifestation and intention, directing our intention. There's nothing wrong with that. It's a little bit different.
There's this beautiful story. Wait, what book was that from? I can't remember where the story comes from. I'll just tell you the story.
There's a ship of people, and they're out traveling through the oceans. There's a big storm, and the ship is breaking down in the storm. Everybody gets down and starts praying, right? But there's one person on the ship who's known as the most spiritual person. Everybody else is really not into spirituality, and they're all praying. But this spiritual person doesn't pray. They say, "Who are you? I thought you were spiritual. Why aren't you praying?"
He says, "I trust God. I trust God to make me and move me." The story goes a little deeper into it than that, but essentially it's focusing on this sense of allowing the universe to unfold. There's a positive result in that. It's not simply nihilism. We're not allowing ourselves to be washed away by ill health, bad luck, or things like that.
But manifestation is also another factor. If you were to pray, I suppose I do this all the time, actually, but I don't really do it in meditation. Oftentimes, I kind of just put out that things are happening correctly. It's a way of navigating our own agency.
Psychically, we're touching everything. Right, Jenna? I so feel you in this conversation right now. Psychically, we're touching everything. This is what scientists and materialists don't understand that much, and you're speaking to somebody who literally has a degree in science. But there's a dogmatic side to science. They don't understand that there are things happening, phenomenal occurrences happening, in psychic space. Just because it's not measured doesn't mean it's not there. Electricity wasn't known until 300 years ago, right? There was plenty of science before electricity.
When we think something, it changes not just us, but the whole universe, because we're one current of transmutation.
It's more listening than, "I'm coming up with this." Really. We could have an idea of a house, or we could listen and see how the house is meant to be.
These are all very subtle. They are occult practices, to learn how to listen and flow. I think all of this is involved in the idea of prayer. Definitely, it's good to wish everybody well, to invite good things to happen, and to set intentions.
Remember, a couple of days ago, I said to write down your goals for the meditation resolution? We want to do it every day, so I said, "Why are you here? What is the reason, and what are your goals? Picture it. What does your life look like with meditation?" That's a little bit of a prayer. We're saying, "I pray that meditation will become my life, and I will manifest this vision." Goal-setting and prayer are all interrelated.
Now that I've said all that, I guess maybe I should have asked you in the beginning, although I wanted to share that with everybody. What do you mean by prayer?
Andrea P Someday I will tell you about my spiritual journey, but I stopped praying a long time ago, and I went to Mass for Christmas with my parents. It just popped the question: how do I pray now if I want to pray? Because I haven't prayed. I do meditation like I pray.
Adam Wes A lot of people say, "Pray, pray, pray." I would, in a way, disagree with that. Meditation is the path, because in meditation, we're not asking. We're not supposed to be asking for something. It's almost a different practice.
We're trying to become Dharma. Dharma means truth or duty. There's an unfolding of destiny that occurs in the love of non-attachment, of freedom, of the universe. There's a seed inside of us that brings us into incarnation, and it unfolds through an arc of our lives.
All of those things unfold. They fractalize. I'll use a mathematical metaphor. It comes through, and there's this beautiful coherence. You see it in numerology, like, "Wow, oh my God, the universe is talking to me. Everything's happening exactly right." The more you meditate, you start to see all of this arise. It's uncanny. I don't even think of it as magical anymore. It's just my life. The more you meditate, that happens.
Numbers are just ridiculous, the way numbers can happen, or the way you think of somebody, and then this happens, and then three people with the same name come into your life in one day. Just all kinds of interesting things that are statistically impossible, but phenomenally possible based on interconnective coherence.
Nice topic. Thank you, Andrea.
Andrea P Thank you.
Adam Wes Yeah, namaste. I want to talk to Jenna about that. Harrison, though, did any of that resonate with you? I feel like maybe some of that was relevant.
Or is he frozen? Yep, he's frozen with his tongue out. Nice. Everybody look before he moves.
That's funny. Oh no, we lost him. Okay. Everybody look before he moves. That's funny.
Jenna W Aww.
Adam Wes Someone told me not to laugh at my own jokes, but I don't think that's very Bhakti. He's also the first to laugh at his own jokes. Exactly, exactly.
Did that discussion resonate with you?
Jenna W Yeah, absolutely. I also really appreciate what you just shared. I've heard, though not verbatim, something like, "Prayer is asking for something, and meditation is listening for the answers."
Adam Wes I love it. And meditation is giving. Prayer is saying, "Hey, get me a bike."
Actually, there's a really fun story with Jim Carrey. You should look it up online. It's really funny. Jim Carrey has some magic. He hangs out with Eckhart Tolle now and all kinds of people. He's always been magical, I feel.
When he was in second grade, his teacher said, "If you pray, you'll get what you want. Just pray to Mother Mary or something." So he went home, and he prayed for a specific bike. Two weeks later, he literally got the bike because somebody entered his name in a raffle for a bike. It's just a really funny story.
Anyway, yeah. It's okay to manifest, right? But at the same time, when we meditate, we're giving away. We're saying, "I am everything. God is me, inside of me. I'm God. What could I ask for?" This is all happening. This is all a beautiful show of destiny unfolding before me.
In meditation, the reason we go into the gold light, into the Atman, into the essence, into Brahman, is because we're becoming that thing that is beyond reach. It's unassailable. It's eternal. That's very much what meditation and spirituality are all about. It's becoming essence, spirit. Spirit, duality, spirit, right?
But that's not to say that our incarnations aren't important and beautiful too. They're part of the duality of eternality and transience together. We can pray and live our lives to the fullest at the same time, which is quite a Bhakti orientation. I think it's a very Bhakti orientation because Bhakti is so loving. We're going to be gentle with ourselves, right?
Jenna W Can I share that that's sort of what came up for me in the meditation? I think I can so easily connect to heart energy. It's just natural for me. But just as big as my heart connection is, just as equally loud is my mind, right?
I feel like that's the work. For example, today I really wanted to have a conversation from the heart with somebody. Then, when I got there, my mind got really involved, and I sort of froze. Afterwards, which was right before this meditation, I was ruminating over it and totally in my head until you were talking, I forget in response to whom, about the story of the ship and trusting.
Adam Wes Hmm.
Jenna W It made me wonder if ruminating is not going to change anything. It's not going to help the story. Perhaps it's making a story where there is none. Rather, acceptance, maybe, is the word for it. Acceptance is all that I can do. In that surrender, it doesn't fix anything, but at least it takes me out of the head and maybe, hopefully, back a little bit closer to the heart. Does that make sense?
Adam Wes Yeah, absolutely. I would like to add: observe your rumination as something you cannot touch. We're not the doer. That's the illusion of the doer doing, right? When we observe it, we take its power away too.
That rumination is the doubt versus the trust. It's the security versus the freedom, right? It's the resistance versus the acceptance.
That's what the meditation we did today is. We're feeling the heart, feeling love, and leaving no room for thoughts. Maybe in those situations, just bring more love. Bring all your love until there's 1 percent left for thoughts and you're 99 percent love. You're just flowing with love. Use your love, since you have that.
It's nice, Jen. Yay!
Jenna W Thank you. It's nice to be here and see all of you. I love you. Hi, Kira.
Expansiveness and Inner Light
Adam Wes Let's just do a couple more quick shares. This is fun. Namaste, Jen.
Jenna W Namaste.
Adam Wes Harrison, I was actually calling on you when you froze.
Harrisonmurdoch Oh, sorry. Is my mic on?
Adam Wes Yes, it is.
Harrisonmurdoch It's pretty hot here in Melbourne today. It's about 40 degrees, so the temperature cooked my phone. With all the love in the room, I think it just cooked my phone. It turned off for a moment, so I put it in the fridge, actually. We're back on, and I've moved to my computer now, so it shouldn't go away. I'm sorry about that.
Adam Wes I hope your fridge is not at 32 degrees.
Harrisonmurdoch Yeah, no, it did the trick, whatever temperature it is.
Adam Wes That was a silly joke. Did anybody get my joke? That was a Celsius-Fahrenheit conversion joke, because you said 40 degrees.
Harrisonmurdoch Oh, sorry. Yeah, that went over my head, but I get you now.
Adam Wes Nice. How was your meditation?
Harrisonmurdoch Honestly, it was this idea of expansiveness and the infinite that I've been exploring recently. I feel like when you plant that seed, you think that something can't get bigger, or you think you've arrived, but you never arrive. It just keeps expanding.
I feel like I've been having the most profound meditations I've ever had every day, and it just keeps expanding. I don't really know how else to describe it. I most certainly saw the light, and I most certainly was writhing around in it and moving through it, and then emanating it from my heart across the whole world to every single person, past, present, and future. That was where my head was at. To summarize it, that's how I would describe my meditation.
Adam Wes Wonderful, wonderful. It seemed like you were having an amazing one, actually. You weren't waiting for it to be done. You were in it. That was wonderful. I liked how you were feeling the heart like that. Did the heart center shift? Was there anything interesting?
Harrisonmurdoch Yes, I really appreciate that. I actually have a mandala tattooed on my chest. I've only had my own intuition until this point, until I've met you, so I'm very grateful to have some professional guidance, or actual knowledge, given to me.
I naturally would put my hand on my mandala because I felt like grabbing my heart was what I was trying to do, almost literally grabbing my heart. But when I made that shift to here, it felt super powerful. Then, when I put my hand on my abdomen below my belly button, this was the first time I've seen the light in a meditation.
Once you literally guided me into it, I felt like this. I was here, moved it here, moved this below my stomach, and then I started thinking about the third eye. Then there was this glow coming in here, and I looked up at it. I literally felt like I was in this fractal channel, this cosmic flying-through-space thing. I lost complete sense of any reality. I felt like I was a beam of light flying through the cosmos.
Adam Wes I love it. Wonderful. It's interesting. The chakras are doorways into the light.
When you recentered, look, there are a lot of heart centers. If you go and get acupuncture, for example, they can put a needle here, here, here, here, here, and here. There are kidney channel ones. There's one there, one there, and one there. There are a good ten main ones. But one of them, you can just tell, "This is my most vulnerable center." I can tell exactly where it is.
If an acupuncturist gets it off by three millimeters, I'm like, "You missed it." There's a spot right there.
Explore the vertical altitude of it. Where is it? Try to find that, because when you start to feel your heart, you can listen to your heart and really feel what's happening.
Wonderful, Harrison. In the navel center, you felt that I needed to go right to the third eye after. I just didn't want to do too much at once. But these are very connected. The navel and third eye kind of activate together. Start to notice that eventually.
You saw the light for the first time! It's amazing when you see a supersensorial experience, right? You can't speak of it. It's like, well, it's light, but it's not like light with your eyes. You can see it, but you kind of see it in your mind. It's not just your mind. It's touching your body somehow. Good job. Wonderful.
All right, did we not talk to Kira yet? Namaste. Kira?
Kira Poop? No, I'm just kidding.
Adam Wes I asked her to write a testimonial, and she was having so much difficulty. She was like, "I can't say my own name!"
Kira I was like, "I can't say 'I,'" because in these states, I feel, like Harrison was saying, it's just so expansive. Even right now, I don't feel associated with myself. I just feel merged with all of you. I don't know what way to say it.
Adam Wes There's a wonderful teacher named Krishnamurti, whom I would highly recommend everybody read, at least one of his books. When he does his talks, he always says, "the speaker." He never says "I." I almost never hear him say "I." He sometimes refers to himself as K, I think. He says, "The speaker is of no importance." He says things like that. It's really great.
Kira Harrison, I want to celebrate you. It's so wonderful to be able to share that experience. It just gets more glorious from there, really.
Harrisonmurdoch I can only imagine. It makes me laugh. I'm just laughing. It's amazing. It carries through into my life. Literally, what you were saying, Adam and Kira, it's kind of ridiculous. I feel like I've already been experiencing this, and it just keeps expanding. It's already ridiculous now, and I just know it's going to get even more ridiculous. I don't even know where that's going to go, but it makes me giddy.
I feel like a kid. I feel like I'm three, just running around with no idea what's going on, but I kind of do have an idea. I just trust that everything will fall into place. I feel beyond grateful even to be existing and to have been gifted this knowledge to trust myself. I think that's ultimately the hardest thing.
I was just saying to Adam at the start of this call, and I'm sure Kira, Adam, and probably everyone on this call may have had some sort of experience like this. I'm sorry to take the mic, Kira. I'm just riffing off what you're saying.
My girlfriend sent me a text just before the meditation. It felt quite serendipitous, a big message. I think I've been expanding a lot, particularly since we've met. Everything I do, every action I take, comes from love, trust, and respect, which is the studio that I'm starting with my partner.
But I think I'm on more of a spiritual journey than her at the moment. I know it can overwhelm people a little bit. I'm trying to regulate and meet people. In this chat, I feel very safe, and I can speak my mind. I'm so grateful to all of you for holding space for me, because I feel a little bit like, not an alien, but sometimes I'm doing my thing, and no one around me is like me. People are like, "Is this guy all good?"
I feel alive. I'm in the moment. I'm here, and I'm so grateful. I could just keep talking, but I'm going to stop talking now. You get my point. Thank you to everyone. I felt that energy so intrinsically. I am so grateful and excited to explore. We have another, what, 29 days together? Let's go. It's so exciting. Namaste.
Adam Wes The principle here that I think you're feeling is total acceptance. Follow your heart. Be your own self. Love is our highest.
When you're out in the world doing all your eccentric things, and people are like, "Is this guy okay?" they're not living in freedom, so they're like, "Why is he not conforming like me?" But they wouldn't use those words. Lack of conformity feels uncomfortable to them.
But when there's love, there's no conformity, man. That's why artists are artists. Wonderful.
Kira Do you want me to share any more?
It was so deeply healing! I've just been having these infinite, expansive experiences as well. My heart and soul just want to merge with universal consciousness. I'm like, "Wow, should I just be sharing that on Instagram?" I'm contemplating my bio. I'm like, "Just merging with..." That's what I'm going for. People are like, "What? What are you talking about?"
It feels so good to be with you guys in this camaraderie. The meditations, wow. I had several surges of energy moving through the body in almost unprecedented ways. I mean, not unprecedented, but for simply awareness only, just to focus and, through will and focus, to have that amount of energy flowing. I had to change my body position because it was so intense. Do you guys kind of know what I mean?
Adam Wes See what she does? Every time she does that, she goes like this.
Kira What?
Adam Wes Head up. Not to diminish your experience. You went into the gold light. It's wonderful. But just pay attention to the body. This is part of it. Nice, Kira. Amazing. Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt you.
Kira It's okay. I'm increasingly having experiences where it's hard to describe. It's like a continuous divine awareness. Sometimes I don't even realize that it's happening, but then I'll be like, "Oh, I have a different awareness than I usually do."
When Harrison is speaking, or when you're speaking, there's no differentiation. It's almost just one creation moving.
Adam Wes Keep moving towards moksha. Moksha in Sanskrit means liberation. There's a deep shift in identity that occurs, and it's very powerful. Lovely. It sounds like you're pushing up against some thresholds there. Namaste, Kira. Thank you for sharing. Yay, I'm so glad.
Group Practice and Energetic Channels
Okay, I know it's 7:15. We actually did the full time. David, I'd love to hear from you. If you want to share, we'll let David take the mic for the rest, and then I will be quiet.
David P Thank you for sharing. Nice meeting you, Jenna and Harrison. Kira, I always love your descriptions.
I'm super happy to see your face glowing all the time. I can see more glow in your face every time.
Adam Wes Are you talking to me or Kira?
David P To Kira.
Adam Wes Oh, to Kira! Okay, nice.
David P Yeah, Kira. Sorry.
Adam Wes Kira. Japanese. No, it's not, actually. It's just Kira.
David P I don't want to talk much, but I want to share with you, Adam. I've been building up this connection with my dantian. It's been building up solidly. I can now connect easily and faster. I almost feel it physically. I can go there really quickly, and I start feeling currents, like electricity, especially at the top of my skin right here. It goes up to my face and my nose.
Besides the three dantians, I'm also feeling this pressure here. I never know how to describe this, but it's like this pressure.
I tend to open the chest with my head up. That's always organic. I don't even plan it. It just goes up.
These sensations of electricity today were really big, and yesterday they were also super intense. The minute I sat with you in the meditation, they just started appearing, which is not always the case when I meditate alone.
I think meditating as a group really has something powerful. I don't know what happens, but I can feel it immediately. There is quite a connection. I'm really thanking you, Adam. As I wrote yesterday, this is something amazing. It's not the same being alone or sitting with you guys.
What amazes me is that we're in different time zones, this is Zoom, and it happens. This is so cool.
Adam Wes It works out.
David P Something happened today that happened once a while back. Similar to Harrison, not as profound, but I started to experience some light coming from here. This is where it was coming from. I don't know how it comes for you guys, but that's where I started to see the light. I just started giggling. I couldn't help it. I started laughing.
Adam Wes That light coming from the top, it's like heaven is literally shining down into your head. It's a different, unique kind of light. I love that one. It's really beautiful that you saw that.
David P Yeah, it came here. But I don't feel like I'm merging with the light yet. Perhaps for moments, but not fully. It's similar to what others said, especially the giggling, the laughing part. It was very, very strong. Thank you, everyone here in this group. Thank you, Adam.
Adam Wes You're welcome. Wonderful, David. Amazing. You've been doing this for some time now, over six months, I think.
Maybe look up the microcosmic orbit. Look up Ida, Pingala, and sushumna, because I think what you're experiencing, the nose is the end of a channel. This actually comes out of each side, and it goes into the upper teeth. You can feel the Ida and Pingala go like this.
You're feeling your crown. Think of the dantians as large vortices, but you can start to play with the tubes, the channels. Nadis are astral tubes, and they run through the body. There's one in front, there's one near the spine, and they go in an orbit. You can clear the whole tube and meditate on all the chakras.
Probably don't meditate too much on your root and second chakra until you're more advanced. That's usually cautioned against. But you could add your crown chakra now, maybe. You could add your throat chakra. You could add the granthi and the spinal channel.
I'll have to write a little more detail about all those things, but it sounds like you're really ready to do all that. It's really amazing.
Kira On this note, I do want to add one more thing. You know how Kundalini energy will usually move up, but then, in certain accounts and texts, it talks about it actually descending? I experienced that this evening. All of a sudden, as we were focusing on the heart, there was this descending energy that was accumulating at the crown and then moving through the body as well.
Adam Wes Did it feel like broken eggs?
Kira No, because it wasn't on the outside. It was on the inside.
Adam Wes Okay, okay.
Kira But that feeling is also nice.
Adam Wes Have you felt the broken eggs on your head? That's a really nice one. It feels like something dripping over your head with ecstasy.
Kira Actually, yeah. Maybe it is like that, but it also felt inner as well.
Adam Wes Yeah, it's inner too. But there's an interesting sensation that sometimes comes from that one.
Nice, wonderful, Kira. Move them all around. I kind of go in all directions, but it sounds like that was more of a spontaneous movement coming from a download. A literal download.
Closing Reflections
Wonderful, everybody. I think we just had such a resonant moment that we went over today. This was really special. I hope it didn't keep anybody too long. Thanks for being here. Andrea, is your schedule okay?
Okay, good.
Wow, wonderful. What a nice group. Thank you, everybody, for contributing so much.
Harrison, your energy was so nice. I think all of us felt your beautiful energy, so thank you for being here. And Jenna, oh my gosh, it's so sweet having you here on camera like this. It really made a difference to see your smile, have you be here, and contribute your magic.
Jenna W Thank you.
Adam Wes Jenna is literally in a PhD program for, I don't want to misrepresent it, spirituality and esoteric knowledge. It's really interesting, so she's very much interested.
Jenna W It's been very special to be here today. I really resonate with what everyone's saying, and the energy was so needed and healing. I'm very grateful to you for the container, and to all of you for your light and love. Thank you.
Adam Wes If anybody is in the mood to support me and my business, you can donate on the website. Let me just put the link. Even a small donation, if you like.
Give me a second.
This is a donation-based session. It helps me do this, hold these sessions, promote them, and all of that.
Thank you, everybody, for being here. For everybody in the meditation resolution, I'll see you tomorrow at 5:30 to 5:45. Soon we'll start right at 5:30 and end right at 5:45. I'd love to have it be like watching the iPhone number change. As soon as it turns to 30, we start, and I click the button.
Nice to see everybody. Thank you. I'll see you next time.
Ariella Thank you.
Adam Wes Bye.
Ariella Bye.
