Essay Edition
This essay is a near-verbatim adaptation of the live spoken teaching, edited only for continuity and readability.
As we settle in, I invite a few minutes of quiet, perhaps with some music, to begin with our initial meditation. It is Wednesday, and I welcome everyone who is present. This is a very quiet time for society, so we are a small group today, but we are preparing for a strong return as we move into the new year. It is also Ramana Maharshi's birthday today, a detail that was brought to my attention.
In this meeting, I want to spend some time meditating and discussing the program. Here, we are leaders—those with enough affinity and inclination toward spirituality to be present in this small group. As leaders, we are working to create this meditation resolution. I have put a great deal of effort into it over the past ten days or so, and I would love to collaborate, hear opinions, and share our energy so that we can make adjustments or simply sense together that we are on the right path and that it is working.
Many people have already signed up—ten people have committed, which is very encouraging. I am grateful for that. However, the advertising has not yet resulted in any commitments. The actual funds I have spent on advertising have not brought in any signups, so I need to understand why that is.
The idea of meditating every day for fifteen minutes—I realize I may be a bit naive at times, thinking this is something that applies to everyone. Objectively, it may be true, but it is not the lived reality for everyone. I do believe everyone could benefit from it, and that it would bring more happiness to each individual and to us collectively. It is very easy to do; it is not a difficult practice. Some people may already have an established practice and might not be interested in this program for that reason, but for the majority, I think that is not the case. This should be a significant event, with a strong sense of purpose around it.
I actually think the advertising is working. The ads are performing in the top ten percent of metrics, doing extremely well, and I am excited about that. It is working well, but it has not yet resulted in actual purchases or signups. Many people are clicking through to the sign-up page, to the sign-up pop-up. Over a thousand people have clicked the "join now" pop-up, but not one of them has actually paid through the ads, so there have been no commitments from that channel.
One question is whether this is related to the time of year—December 30th. Most people tend to sign up in the last seventy-two hours anyway. Also, I need to appear in front of them a few times for them to remember, eventually read the website, consider it, and make that inner decision. So things might actually be going perfectly, but I wanted to see if there was feedback, ideas, or comments—or even just some encouragement, because it is a bit stressful for me. If I had a large financial cushion, it would be fine, but I am managing day by day, sometimes overdrafting my bank account. I am right on the edge, and it is stressful. I am doing my best to make it work. The account is not overdrafted at the moment, but if Facebook charges me $260, it could be.
Just to share a bit about how this works—it is quite interesting. I know how to use Meta. Essentially, the ads go out to the entire Facebook network: Threads, Facebook, Meta, WhatsApp. It uses computer programming—artificial intelligence—to learn who to show the ads to. There is a learning phase, where it optimizes for very specific audiences. In the last five days, about six to seven thousand people have engaged with my ad, and it identified those individuals out of millions. Then it tracks their actions on my website. I have set up my website so that it sends information back to Facebook about what visitors do. Facebook then adjusts, saying, "You wanted them to do this, so we are optimizing the learning for that outcome." You can see exactly how much it costs per action—such as how much it costs for people in India, Mexico, Canada, or the US to click the ad—and the whole process.
It is very interesting to see the representation from different places. Some are not on social media right now because they are with family, and I think that is what is happening for many people. I have created what I consider one of the best websites I have made. There is an engaging benefits exhibition—a whole range of reasons why you would meditate. Of course, it is not really about those reasons. Those are just benefits. The real reason is God, love, freedom, enlightenment. That is the real reason.
The list of benefits is intentionally designed to move, to signal that there are so many reasons why you should meditate. It is not meant to be read in detail, but to convey abundance. Whoever you are, you could sit and read every one, but I have intentionally made it this way. You can follow them if you read carefully, but it is also a bit small for some, and perhaps needs a magnifying glass. The calendar is also there, and if you click it, you can see it more clearly.
I have made a special rate for India, an extremely discounted rate, and decided not to put dollars next to it to avoid confusion—just rupees, 3,500. It is not a very cheap program, but it is not expensive either. That is about equivalent, as far as my research said. It might be a little difficult for some students, but the same is true in the US. The design is very interactive, clear, and to the point. When it comes to the price, it is very moderate.
One thing is that you all know me. If you did not know me at all, it might be difficult to sign up for this. I have added beautiful testimonials. Some of you are featured there, and there are really beautiful ones, full of mysticism. For those who have not meditated with me as long, but have had deep experiences, perhaps you might want to add a testimonial and a photo. No pressure, only if you feel ready.
Sharing the page on social media, especially WhatsApp and Instagram, and with colleagues who want to change their new resolution through meditation, is something I appreciate. Imagine we have 20 or 30 people—not just people, but people who want to meditate every day. That is a very powerful group. It is very sweet. Imagine all these people doing that, and then it is not just about one month. It might be for the rest of their lives for some of them. How special is that? I think it will be really beautiful.
For people who do not know me, the video is very important, because the posters are cool but do not reflect me as a person. The video helps people get to know me. The posters—one shows a woman meditating on the dance floor at New Year's. I have actually done that before. When I first started to meditate, I was still fairly young and going out, and I felt within myself, no, I just want to meditate right now. So I would be there, everyone energetic and lively, and I would just sit down and meditate on the dance floor. The message is that in the noise of life, we can meditate. No matter who you are, you can still be this. You can turn inward and feel beautiful and free. You do not have to go to the Himalayas or into a cave, although that is very nice as well. But I wanted to really share that, even in the midst of a New Year's Eve party, you can meditate.
The video went quite well. I was able to make it look nice. It was a sunny day, it was perfect. The universe helped. The difference between previous pages, which were more related to mathematics, and these, which are very clear and to the point from a meditation perspective, is striking. There is a lot of hard work in creating all this. The single page is made from over 4,000 lines of CSS, JavaScript, and HTML. Everything is highly customized. I use ChatGPT to do this, which just makes me faster. It would have been almost impossible without ChatGPT, because I am not very skilled at CSS or JavaScript or HTML, though I do Java programming. The website is improving.
A suggestion was made to have a live session, announced in advance, with a countdown—perhaps a 30-minute session to explain the goal of the resolution, what participants will see, my approach, what Bhakti is, and a brief overview. The most important thing is for people to get to know me. The point is for people to connect—to know that I am going to be live so they can engage. This is different from the opening orientation. The idea is, for those who want to do this but need a final push, this is the last push. The main thing is that they get to meet me and experience what it is like to sit with me. Answering questions, asking about their goals, and clarifying anything they did not read on the website is helpful.
It is important to promote the live session so people actually show up and know about it. The countdown really helps. If you advertise it—“Tomorrow we are having this”—then the countdown is important, because life happens and people forget. A live on Instagram, or even Facebook, is easier for people who are not sure about it to just join. I might even be able to advertise that through remarketing. If someone interacts with my page at all, I can share new ads with them specifically. The people who are already clicking are the ones who would like to have that live session. Half of them are on Facebook, but it is possible to do it on both platforms at the same time.
Another suggestion is to add a built-in translation feature to the page, to cover at least major languages. Most Indians are interested in listening in their own language, but when it comes to the program, if it is in English, they will be fine. The point is to reach people so at least they will understand what it is. Most people, when they see something in English, just scroll past without paying attention. If it is in a regional language, at least they will listen until the end of the video and really understand what it is. There is a new feature on Instagram that can put out content in four languages: Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese. It even changes my mouth to match the language. But I have not approved it yet, because the program is in English and I do not want to mislead anyone. Still, it is interesting to consider, because seeing someone like me speaking Hindi might make people listen more.
As there are only a few days left, I am trying to make the marketing more specialized. Rather than reaching too many people, I am focusing on a certain group—those who are already clicking on it, and those who have the means to pay. I have turned down my cold marketing and increased my remarketing. The cold marketing is now one-third of what it was.
For those who want to share the program, I can send a link to share by email. I will also send the calendar again, and make it clear for everyone. I need to send information to people who have already signed up, as the orientation is coming soon. I am going to send a preparation program for people who sign up, as we needed three more days to advertise and many people are still with family. Orientation is on the 4th, and then we will also do meditation.
If anyone thinks of anything else, please message me. For those who use Google Calendar, I will add the event there, because for many, if it is not on the calendar, it does not exist.
Now, let us meditate for a few minutes. My parents are not here because they are in South Africa, and it is the middle of the night there. Otherwise, they usually join for the meditation. If you would like to help convey things to India, or help out in some way, that would be wonderful—whatever you think. I appreciate your support; it is truly beautiful.
Let us clear the space with just one song—about five minutes or so of meditation. Namaste, everybody. When you are ready, please come out of the meditation. Namaste. Happy New Year. Thank you for being here. Thank you for your support, for being a part of this—for loving meditation and spirituality, and for helping me share that with the world. We are spreading it together. Thank you. Wonderful.
Please feel free to message me if you have any ideas.

Opening Meditation and Program Intentions
Adam Wes Hi, everybody!
Let us settle in for a couple of minutes, perhaps listen to some music, and begin with our initial meditation.
Hmm.
It is Wednesday—welcome, everyone.
Thank you for being here. It is a very quiet time for society, so we are a small group today. However, we are preparing for a strong return as we move into the new year.
It is also Ramana Maharshi's birthday today. Van Amahdi let me know about that.
In this meeting, I wanted to spend some time meditating and discussing the program. Here, we are leaders. We have enough affinity and inclination toward spirituality to be present in this small group.
As leaders, we are working to create this meditation resolution. I have put a great deal of effort into it over the past ten days or so. I would love to collaborate, hear your opinions, and share our energy so that we can perhaps make adjustments, or simply sense together that we are on the right path and that it is working.
Many people have already signed up—actually, ten people have committed, which is very encouraging. I am very grateful for that. However, the advertising has not yet resulted in any commitments. The actual funds I have spent on advertising have not brought in any signups, so I need to understand why that is.
The idea of meditating every day for fifteen minutes—I realize I may be a bit naive at times, thinking this is something that applies to everyone. Right? That everyone in the world could meditate for fifteen minutes each day. While that may be objectively true, it is not the lived reality for everyone.
I do believe everyone could benefit from it, and that it would bring more happiness to each individual and to us collectively. It is very easy to do; it is not a difficult practice.
Some people may already have an established practice and might not be interested in this program for that reason. But I think, for the majority, that is not the case.
So this should be a significant event, with a strong sense of purpose around it.
I actually think the advertising is working. I am seeing very good numbers. The ads are performing in the top ten percent of metrics. They are doing extremely well, and I am excited about that. It is working well; however, it has not yet resulted in actual purchases or signups.
Many people are clicking through to the sign-up page, to the sign-up pop-up. Over a thousand people have clicked the "join now" pop-up, but not one of them has actually paid through the ads, so there have been no commitments from that channel.
One question is whether this is related to the fact that it is December 30th. Most people tend to sign up in the last seventy-two hours anyway. Also, I need to appear in front of them a few times for them to remember, eventually read the website, consider it, and make that inner decision.
So things might actually be going perfectly, but I wanted to see if anyone had feedback, ideas, or comments—or even just some encouragement, like, "Adam, it looks great, it is good, just hang in there," because it is a bit stressful for me.
It uses computer programming—actually, artificial intelligence—to learn who to show the ads to. There is a learning phase, where it optimizes for very specific audiences.
In the last five days, about six to seven thousand people have engaged with my ad, and it identified those individuals out of millions. Then it tracks their actions on my website. I have set up my website so that it sends information back to Facebook about what visitors do. Facebook then adjusts, saying, "You wanted them to do this, so we are optimizing the learning for that outcome."
You can see exactly how much it costs per action—such as how much it costs for people in India, Mexico, Canada, or the US to click the ad.
Andrea P.: No.
And the whole process.
Andrea P.: A remia, buena noche.
Very interesting. Buenas noches! I heard "buenas noches." So we have representation here from everywhere except Canada. Vanamadi, Namaskarim, nice to see you.
Andrea, buenas noches!
Andrea P.: Helene.
Ariella, how are you? She is in California, so we say, "How are you?" here. No, I am just joking—Californians.
Alright. So, let us discuss.
Website Review and Program Presentation
Let us go over this together. I also added a new video—Andrea, did you see the new video of me…?
Andrea P.: I saw there was a video, but I have been very disconnected from…
Exactly, everyone is so busy.
Andrea P.: ...social network. Yes, and because we are with families…
Sorry.
Andrea P.: I am actually on the street right now, coming from somewhere. But yes, I think that is also one of the reasons—people do not have enough time. I am not on any social media.
Andrea P.: People are usually on their computers.
Oh, right, you are saying you are not on your social media right now because you are with family?
Andrea P.: Yes, and I think a lot of people…
Yes, I think that is what is happening. Have you all seen this website? This is—Mother's Day, everyone. This is one of the best websites I have made.
Andrea P.: You are amazing, yes.
Thank you. Look at this—see how engaging that is? The benefits exhibition, right? There is a whole range of reasons why you would meditate, and then, of course…
Andrea P.: Yes, that is pretty cool.
Of course, I have to say this—it is not really about those reasons. Those are just benefits. The real reason is, you know… God, love, freedom, enlightenment. That is the real reason.
Andrea, so you have not seen this yet?
Ariella Adam, is that the list that is moving all the time?
Yes.
Ariella And you may have it move slowly. It is very hard to…
Well… if you watch this one, it is not supposed to be red. It is meant to signal that there are so many reasons why you should meditate. Now, move on—do not read it. That is actually part of the reason why I have it there. It is just to say, whoever you are—you could sit and read every one, but I think I have intentionally made it like this. Also, I think you can follow them if you read one by one carefully.
Ariella Yes, it was too difficult for me to follow.
Oh, yes. I think it is also a little bit small for you, right? Did you get your magnifying glass out?
Ariella You need the magnifying glass for that one. I know where it is.
See, that is the problem, Mario. You have to keep that by your computer. Okay, so we also… this calendar here? Have you seen this, Aria?
Ariella Yes, that is also very small.
But if you click it…
Ariella Yes, if you click it, you can see it.
Yes, that is why I have this little thing right here. Vanamari, join in with us.
Vanamadi Yes, Guruji.
What do you think? You know, Vanamadi, I have made… I actually increased the price, by the way. I have made a special rate for India, and this is an extremely discounted rate. I decided I am not going to put dollars next to it, because that would confuse people. It is just in rupees—so 3,500 rupees. I think that should be good for…
I think that is about… that is… Vanamadi, that is supposed to be quite equivalent. It is not a very cheap program, but it is not expensive either. So that is about equivalent, as far as my research said. I know maybe it might be a little difficult for some students. The same in the US, though. Vana, Mari, are you…
Vanamadi Yes, Guruji. The pace was absolutely very incredible design, it is there, like—the way it is, very interactive, and very clear and to the point. When it comes to the price, as you said, it is not that much expensive, or not that much cheap. It is very moderate prices.
Okay, wonderful, yes, thank you. And do you feel like people who land here… you know, one of the things—you all know me. And one of the things is, if you did not know me at all, right, it might be difficult for you to sign up for this. So I do not know if I have… oh, by the way, see these beautiful testimonials I have added here?
Ariella Nice.
There is you, Ariella, did you see that?
Ariella Yes.
And then Kira's testimonial is really gorgeous, you all should read this. It is a really beautiful one. Vanamadi, I feel like you would really appreciate the mysticism in this testimonial. I am not sure—have you read it, Vanamadi?
Vanamadi Yes, Guruji.
You read it? You like that?
Vanamadi Yes, I have gone through this. All the testimonials, especially… I know a few people who have joined with us in the Math code, so their contribution was also very good, actually.
Nice, yes. Also, Kira has a nice new last name, Srinivasan, which, obviously, for people like you and me, we know that is almost Srinivasa Ramanujan, which is nice. There is a really great—
Vanamadi I agree.
Mathematician, by the way, Ariella, who has that—I think it is his first name, actually. So…
Vanamadi It is his father's name, Guruji.
Oh, is it really? What…
Vanamadi In Tamil Nadu, they keep their father's name as their surname. And Srinivasa is Lord Vishnu, a form of Lord Vishnu.
So, Srinivasa Ramanujan—are those both his surnames?
Vanamadi Ramanujan is his name, and Srinivasa is his father's name.
And what is Ramanujan?
Vanamadi Ramanujan is also—it is the name, actually.
Oh, you cut out a little bit. Is it his surname, or is it his first name? That is what I am trying to understand.
Vanamadi It is his name, actually, Guruji. Ramanujan is his name. Srinivasa is his father's name.
Okay, and when you say his father's name, do you mean his father's first name or last name?
Andrea P.: Vicki's first name, no? In Arabic, it happens the same. Well, in Arab countries, the father's name becomes the surname, and the last name is the last name.
Okay.
Andrea P.: But… yes.
Okay.
So, yes, actually, for Andrea and Van Amati, if you wanted to add a testimonial, maybe that would help. You have not meditated with me as long as everybody else, but both of you have had, I think, deep experiences. So maybe it would be good if you wanted to add one, and send a photo. No pressure, though, if you do not feel ready.
Vanamadi Sure, Guruji. I will definitely add my testimonials very soon.
Wonderful, wonderful. Yes, I can put it down.
Vanamadi And I am also sharing this page on my social media, especially WhatsApp and Instagram, as well as with my colleagues who are willing to join, who want to change their new resolution, especially through meditation.
Oh, I love that! I mean, just think about how beautiful this will be. Imagine we have 20 or 30 people—not just people, but people who want to meditate every day. That is a very powerful group.
It is very sweet.
Andrea P.: Yes.
Imagine all these people doing that, and then it is not just about one month. It might be for the rest of their lives for some of them. Right? How special is that? I am very—I think it will be really beautiful.
Andrea P.: Yes, I will share it with my friends also, especially the video. I think you said a couple of minutes ago that we know you, but for people who do not know you, it is harder to understand what you are offering. So I think the video is very important, because the posters—they are pretty cool, but I do not think they reflect you.
Right, yes. Okay. Does everyone like the posters? Have you seen them?
Ariella I am not sure that I have seen the posting.
Here, I will show you.
Andrea P.: I had a question. You were saying that you know how many people click on the page— is there a way to set up something new, perhaps a live session or a quick meditation, to give people an idea of what it will be like? Not exactly a test, but something so people know what to expect, especially for those who have already clicked on it.
Could you say that again? I did not follow. By the way, Ariella, this is the image.
Ariella I cannot see—where do I view that?
What do you mean you cannot—can you see the screen?
Andrea P.: Yes, I can see…
Ariella I can just see "Faith for the people."
You do not see me sharing the screen? Okay.
Ariella Huh.
You will need to figure out how to use Zoom. I cannot be your Zoom tutor; that is not what I do. You will have to work it out yourself.
Andrea P.: There are a bunch of images—there are other differences, right?
Yes, that is—
Andrea P.: I have seen…
Ariella Okay, now I see it.
Good. So there is that one.
There is—
Andrea P.: Excellent.
You like that one, you said?
Andrea P.: Yes, I think maybe it targets the—because I have not seen the other one. This is the one that stands out for me.
This one, and then I have another one now.
Andrea P.: Yes, and there is another one.
But I have not shown the one with the man. Let me show you one more, because it is a little different. In fact, I should put it up there. The other one I have, which I really like, is this one. Do you see this one?
Andrea P.: Yes.
Andrea P.: They are pretty cool.
She is meditating on the dance floor. New Year's. I think I have done that before.
Andrea P.: Really?
Yes, because when I first started to meditate, I was still fairly young and going out, and I felt within myself, no, I just want to meditate right now. So I would be there, everyone would be energetic and lively, and I would just sit down and meditate on the dance floor. I think I have done that. I am trying to recall specific moments, but I believe I probably did that a few times.
But what this—the message conveys a lot. It says, in the noise of life, we can meditate. No matter who you are, you can still be this.
And you can turn inward and feel beautiful and free. You do not have to go to the Himalayas or into a cave, although that is very nice as well. Perhaps I should do more of those. But I wanted to really share—it is also reminiscent of the dance floor at a New Year's Eve party. So it is like...
Andrea P.: Yes, yes.
This is just getting started, right? So, those are the ones that I have. Let us see...
And then this, I think—yes, so Andrea, you think this is very helpful? I think so too.
Andrea P.: The video, yes, I think the video is quite...
Yes. Also, it went quite well. I was able to make it look nice. It was a sunny day, it was perfect. The universe helped.
Vanamadi, what do you think?
Vanamadi Excellent, Guruji. I feel, you know, I can see the difference between the previous pages, which were more related to mathematics, and these, which are very clear and to the point from a meditation perspective. It is absolutely incredible. I can see how much hard work you put into creating all this. I can see it, Guruji.
Thank you, thank you... did you say absolutely incredible?
Vanamadi Yes, Guruji, yes.
Thank you, I am grateful for that. Let me show you just how involved this is. Take a look at this... here, I am going to...
Just show you the backend here. That single page is made from over 4,000 lines of CSS, JavaScript, and HTML. Do you see the lines down here? It says 686? There are actually 4,000—4,500 lines. And it is all highly customized.
For example, Ariella, here is your testimonial right here. This is what makes Ariella's testimonial—right, this. So, everything...
What is interesting about this is it uses—not only that, it also uses this information to style it. Of course, I use ChatGPT to do this, but that just makes me faster. It helps me get this done more efficiently. It would have been almost impossible without ChatGPT, because I am not very skilled at CSS or JavaScript or...
HTML—I do Java programming, but I was able to make it look like that, so the website is improving.
So, okay. Well...
Marketing Adjustments and Outreach Strategies
Andrea P.: I was just saying, it would be great if you had, maybe tomorrow, at the end of the year, a live session...
Andrea P.: Yes, and announce that you are going to have a live session, not just hold it, because otherwise no one knows and no one joins. Maybe a clock...
Andrea P.: Those clocks that count down, like, in 10 minutes, or...
Yes, a countdown.
Andrea P.: Countdown? Yes, that.
That is a good idea. It is a great idea. By the way, I meant to come back to what you were saying, because I did not fully understand it, so thank you for bringing it up.
Andrea P.: Yes, because I imagine that all the people who have clicked on the link, you know they have interest. So maybe this live session can help.
I love that.
Andrea P.: They know you, and they hear you. Maybe a small ad that goes to them? Of you saying, we are having a live session.
Do you think—so what would be included in the session? What would I say? How would it go? How long would it be? Would it be...
Andrea P.: I am not sure—maybe the objective should be to explain everything I mentioned here: what is the goal of the resolution, what participants will see, your approach, what Bhakti is, and perhaps a brief overview.
Like, yes, what will they experience during these 30 days? And I think the most important thing is for them to get to know you.
Yes, thank you for that. This makes a lot of sense. So perhaps even just a quick 30-minute session, because it will...
Andrea P.: Yes, 30 minutes is perfect. The point is for people to connect—to know that you are going to be live so they can engage with you.
Yes, I really like that. This is very good. That way, they do not have to—so this is different from the opening orientation, correct?
Andrea P.: Yes, exactly. The idea here is, I know you want to do this, but you need a little—a final push. Is that the last push? What will bring them over the edge to...
Yes.
Andrea P.: Subscribe.
Alright, I will write that down, just to remember.
Andrea P.: Yes, maybe include a little bit of the first day program that you already have prepared. I am not sure. Just explain what this is about and why they should join.
Yes, let me take some more notes here, because this is very good—very, very helpful. In fact, both of you—if you have any suggestions, this is exactly the kind of thing... Ariella hel—I mean, Andrea helped me so much with the website. She went through it with me for about an hour. I just said—she pointed out, for example, you see these things here? She said...
It is not very obvious what time it is, right? So I thought, okay, let us put this at the very top of the calendar.
The main thing about the calendar is just these four boxes. That essentially shares the whole calendar, anyway.
So, Andrea, you said, I know you want to do this, but this is the last push, period. We are thinking 30 minutes, perhaps?
The main thing is that they get to meet you and experience what it is like to sit with you.
Andrea P.: Yes, and maybe answer some questions, like...
Okay.
Andrea P.: What is their goal? Have they tried it before? And if they have any questions. Often, people have a question that you have already answered on the website, but they did not read it, or something like that, and it helps.
Answer some questions, ask about their goals—maybe they did not get to read the answer on the website.
I am dictating to my phone, by the way. That is why I am repeating what you are saying here. Perfect. I love that. Okay. And it is really important that you promote it so people actually show up and know about it.
Andrea P.: Yes, the countdown really helps. If you advertise it—like, “Tomorrow we are having this,” and so on—then the countdown is really important, because...
Yes, I follow some people whose live sessions I like to attend. But if they do not tell me what time it is, I forget. Life happens.
Oh, right, so you are thinking a live on Instagram, or an actual Zoom session?
Andrea P.: No, Instagram.
Oh! What about a Zoom session, though? Is that too much?
Andrea P.: Yes, I think it is easier for people who are not sure about it to just join a live on Instagram. I think you can reach more people that way.
Yes, I like that. I might even be able to advertise that through remarketing. It is interesting—if someone interacts with my page at all, I can share new ads with them specifically.
Andrea P.: Yes, that is what I was thinking. That was the beginning of my idea, but I did not say it worked. Sorry.
What were you saying?
Andrea P.: Yes, that was the idea. The people who are already clicking—you already know, because you said you had, like, a thousand clicks, I do not know how many people...
Those are... yes, that is great.
Dozens of these.
Andrea P.: Yes, yes, yes, that is pretty amazing.
6,000.
Andrea P.: I think those are the people who would like to have that live session.
Yes. I love it. Half of them are on Facebook, though, but I think maybe...
Andrea P.: But I think you can do it—Facebook and Instagram at the same time.
Hmm. You are so smart, Andrea. She really thinks of good ideas.
Ariella I do not know all that stuff.
Well, but Ariella, you probably also...
Vanamadi Good evening, I have...
Yes? Did you want to say something? You muted yourself.
Vanamadi Yes, Guruji. Yesterday, I went through your Facebook page. Actually, a few people from India are asking in Hindi—they are asking in their regional language—what is the price, and some other details. Is there any possibility that on our page, we can modify our language, like a built-in translation feature, to cover at least major languages? Is it possible, Guruji?
Yes, so one of the things—it is interesting that you mention this, because I was not sure if I wanted to do it. But now that you are saying it...
Vanamadi For example, did you know—do you want to hear something interesting? Hello, everyone. My name is Adam West, thank you for your interest in the meditation... Can you hear me?
Ariella Yes.
Watch this. "Meh" is January. But I am interviewed.
Andrea P.: Does it change languages?
What was that?
Andrea P.: Does it change the language?
Yes, it is actually changing, and it even changes my mouth. Watch this, you are going to like this, Andrea.
Andrea P.: Ready?
Apoyo, como meditaciones guiadas.
Andrea P.: Whoa!
Is that cool? Esto vase. It is fascinating. It is a new feature on Instagram. I could put content out, and it will literally—well, it only does four languages: Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese. But I did not approve it yet. Okay, I will approve these.
Oh, true.
Andrea P.: Just make sure that people understand that the program is in English.
Yes, that is the reason I did not approve it.
Andrea P.: Yes.
Well, Vanamadi, what do you think of that? That is why I was considering, if they cannot speak English, I am not sure they would want to sign up.
Andrea P.: I said.
Vanamadi It is not that, Guruji. It is about reaching the people. Most Indians are interested in listening in their own language, but when it comes to the program, if it is in English, they will be fine.
My point of view is to reach people so at least they will understand what it is. Most people, when they see something in English, just scroll past without paying attention.
My intention is to reach them so that, even for a short time, they will listen and understand what it is about.
That is why I am saying, if it is in a regional language, at least they will listen until the end of the video and really understand what it is.
Yes, and I think they will also be like, "Who is this guy speaking Hindi?" They would probably listen more because of that.
Vanamadi Exactly.
This white guy speaking really good Hindi. I should probably learn these languages.
Andrea P.: Yes.
That would be fun.
Andrea P.: Adam, I have to go, but my last comment is, since there are a few days left, try to make it more specialized.
Try not to reach too many people, but focus on a certain group. If possible, target the people who are already clicking on it.
I actually—
Andrea P.: The ones who have the means to pay!
I actually just today turned down my cold marketing and increased my remarketing.
Andrea P.: Great. Yes, I think that will be—
I am still doing the cold marketing, but I reduced it by $100 a day. It is now one-third of what it was.
Andrea P.: Yes, and I will reshare your video.
Thank you. Thank you for your support.
Ariella How do I share this? I wanted to send an email to some of my friends.
Okay.
Ariella How do I share it?
I will send you a link that you can share.
Andrea P.: Whatever.
Ariella Okay.
I think that is a good way to do it. Andrea, would you like to do a two or three minute meditation to close out, or would you prefer to go now? It is up to you.
Andrea P.: Yes, I will just go, and I will meditate later, but see you on Thursday!
Yes! Wait, Thursday?
Andrea P.: Yes, for the first—
Oh! Oh my gosh! Okay, sorry everyone.
Andrea P.: Yes.
I actually changed the day.
Andrea P.: I saw that it was the 4th, but the first—yes, you need to send the calendars so we can block it.
Well, I did send the calendar. Did you not get that yesterday?
Andrea P.: No.
I will send it again.
Andrea P.: On my Google Calendar?
Oh, right, the Google Calendar! Thank you. Okay, I will do that.
See, you always come up with such good suggestions. Is there anything else I am forgetting?
Andrea P.: I am not sure, but—
Andrea, if you think of anything, message me.
Andrea P.: Because I saw that you sent an email that said "calendar," but I was not sure if it was for the people in the program or if it was for publicity.
Okay, yes, I will make it very clear. Oh, right, I have not sent anything to people who have already signed up, so I need to do that as well.
Andrea P.: Yes, because it is in less than 22 hours.
Yes, you are right. I will do that now.
Yes, thank you for that.
Andrea P.: Yes, but if I think of something, I will message you.
I am going to send a preparation program for people who sign up. The first three days, because we needed three more days to advertise, and also, a lot of people are still with family.
Andrea P.: I feel like—yes.
Do you agree with that?
Andrea P.: So it will start on the 4th, no, on the 5th?
It starts on the 4th, orientation on the 4th. And then, we will also do meditation.
Andrea P.: Orientation on Sunday?
Yes.
Andrea P.: Okay.
Is that alright for you?
Andrea P.: No, yes, I will be on the highway, but it is fine.
No! What? It is at 5:30 PM.
Andrea P.: Yes, for me, it is 8:30 PM. I will be on the highway, but that is fine.
Oh, no, why? You are—
Andrea P.: Because I am going back home. I am at my parents' house, and I am going back to Mexico City.
Do you think most people will be on the highway?
Andrea P.: No, I do not think so.
Always making Mondays.
Andrea P.: It is a very Mexican—well, I do not know. But no, it is fine, just—
Just, if you can add it to Google Calendar, because for me, and I know for David, and for almost everyone, if it is not on your Google Calendar, it does not exist.
I love it. Okay, I will do that. Thank you.
Andrea P.: Yes.
Andrea P.: Alright, bye. So, I will see you then!
See you then, thank you.
Andrea P.: Namaste!
Thank you.
Closing Meditation and New Year Reflections
Alright, Vanamadi, Ariella, we should meditate for a few minutes.
Ariella Okay.
Vanamadi Yes, good.
My parents are not here because they are in South Africa, and it is the middle of the night there. Otherwise, they usually join for the meditation.
And Vanamadi, I will look over… Facebook.
Also, if you would like to be a bit of a—what is the word? I am forgetting the word. Maybe it will come to me. Basically, if you want to help convey things to India, or help out in some way, that would be wonderful—whatever you think. You can do it.
Vanamadi I will be supportive in this, Guruji.
Yes, thank you. I really appreciate your support; it is truly beautiful.
Alright. Let us do a little meditation, just one song. I need to meditate.
Let us clear the space with just one song—about five minutes or so. Meditation. Pensions, you are fifth. Yes.
Namaste, everybody. When you are ready, please come out of the meditation. Namaste. Happy New Year. Thank you for being here. Thank you for your support, for being a part of this—for loving meditation and spirituality, and for helping me share that with the world. We are spreading it together. Thank you. Wonderful.
Vanamadi Thank you, Guruji. I wish you and Ariella a Happy New Year, and many more to come. Thank you, thank you so much.
Ariella Happy New Year to you, too.
Alright, everyone, see you soon. Goodbye. Please feel free to message me if you have any ideas.
